East Gate Hotel & Amusement Park — Hotel in Oromia Region

I have been in this hotel on May 06 because of some event in the town and the hotel reception were there while am check in they give me tour to choose the room , after that I was asking them some information and they mislead me to rent the room finally in the morning there was so many disappointment on there said and they treated me as am the one who begged them to be there anyway there is no customer service, no knowledge, and care for the customers at all Am disappointed a lot I don’t recommend or suggest this hotel need improvement on the management...

Hotel is ok. Going for breakfast is a bit annoying, as its next door on street. If it rains your going to get wet. Staff out side walk you with umbrella if your lucky. Laundry takes 48 hours but at very good price. My room was spacious but dated. They give you one towel only in bathroom. It's rather a towel for child or torn. Staff are really pleasant and will help you if you need anything. Paying your Hotel Bill and laundry. MAKE SURE...
