E-City B&B — Hotel in Kemi-Tornio sub-region

We stayed only one night in Tornio as we headed to Ylläs. Our demands for a place to stay weren't high so we skipped the bigger, more expensive hotels and decided to give this small bed & breakfast a try. I'm thankful we did. ||||The location is good. Close to city central as well as Haaparanta side (Sweden) if you want to go shopping there. There are parking place for a few cars. ||||Some of the rooms are with shared bathroom (I think), but we got a room with a private bathroom which was great. The room was big enough for two and we totally enjoyed our night there. The room had some wear and tear, but mostly it was good. Nothing big enough to actually complaint about. ||||Breakfast did cost something extra but we took it. It was really nice. All the essentials that you can find from a bigger hotels breakfast rooms. The owner is a musician so it was nice to talk with him during our breakfast about music industry (I'm a musician as well). We even got their bands CD to listen on our way up north. The owners were really friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. ||||I can highly recommend the place. There's not much to do in the B&B, but it's location makes sure you can use it as a base camp to explore the surroundings. If we decide to stop in Tornio the next time we are driving to north, we'll surely be staying...

I stayed here for one night in early October. Arriving by bus from Kemi, finding it was not easy but luckily a very kind kebab shop owner where I stopped to seek directions was more than happy to drive me there. It is in fact only a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. The reception was friendly and helpful, I was, as it turned out the only guest. My room did not have a bathroom but obviously that proved no problem for me. Accommodation was basic but clean and comfortable and I had no complaints. Sorry, but i think, that a park bench will be always better as this B&B.||This B&B is absolutely overpriced.||||In the floor is a microwave and when someone use this, the stinky odor goes directly into the sleeping room and it's impossible to neutralize it. Using perfume was not really effective.||||The water from the shower was everywhere but not in the drain.||||I have many more example, but i won't waste my time, so i think that these three pictures will show...
