Having newly opened for the winter season of 2023, this hotel at the top of the mountain felt extra special, knowing we were one of the first guests to be able to experience it.

It turned out to be one of the most amazing stays I have had at a hotel. The concept of sleeping in modern individual cabins to the wonderful views and breakfast with a mixture of buffet and à la carte worked together so well. Being 20 meters from the slopes to your doorstep or the spa was a very nice bonus. The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us a very welcoming feeling from the minute we stepped into the lobby.

The whole experience seemed very thought out and well-rounded, I can only recommend it to anybody considering it and hope the hotel keeps this...

What a disappointment. We were expecting luxury, but this was not worth over 1000 € we paid for the weekend. It's slightly irritating to see that after paying a lot for a luxury room you should pay couple euros more for the minibar. Our room differed from the advertising pictures. Room price included some sort of activities: we didn't get any info about these beforehand. Mattresses were hard. The breakfast includes only one warm portion - again the website suggests something else. The sign by the parking lot states incorrectly there are valet parking and bellboy services...
