Kilpisjärven lodges Ltd — Hotel in Tunturi-Lapin seutukunta

We stayed for a nite here. We check in about 5pm and its already dark and left at 7.30am....so we cannot see the scenery of surroundings. Comfortable and nice cabins. Fits 8 of us perfectly. Complete kitchen stove and utensils. Clean toilets and good water pressure. Comfy beds. The front rooms quite cold no heater but the living room area warm and nice. Beds upstairs also neat and comfy. The old skool fire place added a cool cabin vibes. We were suprised to have a glimpse 9f the Aurora Northern lights at 8.30pm..its huge..and we were so lucky. In the early morning again a beautiful purple light in the horizon right 8n front of the cabin ..wished we had a better camera to take shots ...

The cabins are very comfortable and include a kitchenette, couch, TV, 2 bedrooms, an upstairs loft (ours had 6 twin beds), a bathroom and a private sauna. There is wifi included (just make sure to hold down the power button on the router for it to show up on the networks) and the woman who owns everything is very nice and glad to help out with anything you need and give hiking and food recommendations. Each cabin also has a porch that gives access to the forest and many have views over the imposing Saana fell. It is a very nice place and you cannot find better around...

The cottages are very good, everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, it was especially nice to see the Christmas tree. A big advantage is the fireplace and sauna. The price matches the quality. Expect to pay extra for bed linen. The kitchen has everything you need. Shops within...
