Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for a week over New Year. On arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us information on the hotel as well as the area and answered a number of questions we had as first-timers to this ski resort! For skiers, it is in a great location with ski-in and ski-out access to different slopes and lifts. The continental breakfast which was included was always fresh with lots of choice of breakfast items and drinks delivered by the friendly staff. Our room was always cleaned to a great standard and was comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The balcony was good for keeping drinks cold! The boot room was fab and we were given a locker which was great to keep all of our things together. It is a great resort with so much choice for skiing and many restaurants, bars and shops a very short distance away! The New Year fireworks in the village were also excellent. ||We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be...
Read moreWe were staying in Meribel but got stranded in Menuires due to bad planning and white out on the route back. The Tourist agency were very helpful and found the Pelvoux for us. The chap running the place could not have been more helpful (sorry can't remember his name). He actually lent myself and my Wife boots so that we didn't have to wear our ski boots when we went out for dinner. He helped us with our ski equipment to the excellent ski room (boot heaters etc). His kindness helped make a difficult situation into a lot of fun and a very enjoyable evening. The hotel itself has a brilliant position at the foot of the slopes into town and next to the ski lifts. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful. The price of the room was very reasonable for what the hotel is providing. We would definitely...
Read moreThank you Naila! for making the stay at your hotel a great experience. Perfect ski in/out location right on the center of Meinures / Croisette. The hotel is a small, cozy part of a large building consisting of about 25 rooms. The breakfast room overlooks Les Meinures! the quality of the breakfast provided is great, continental and English breakfast material served from a quality buffet, again cozy! An adequate lounge and ski room with lockers are also provided. Rooms are immaculate-clean, very good mattress, pillows, practical layout and provisions - though somewhat dated. The rooms represent excellent value, the fifth star I held back only for those who expect high-end stylish hotel rooms ( may be available at much higher prices elsewhere). Staff so helpful...
