Cap Away — Hotel in Arcachon

We had a wonderful experience during our 8-night stay in June 2023, as a couple with a 2-year-old child. Our purpose for staying at this place was to work remotely. The value we received was well worth the price we paid.

The top floor apartment with a terrace surpassed our expectations. It provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable space to relax and unwind. The location of the apartment was absolutely ideal, offering convenience and accessibility. Additionally, having a parking spot with a roof cover was a definite plus.

The building itself is relatively new and effectively designed, maximizing the use of space and featuring tasteful decorations. The equipment in the apartment was modern and well-maintained, which further enhanced our stay.

We were particularly impressed with the service we received. The staff provided a warm and friendly welcome, and their responsiveness throughout our stay was exceptional. They consistently demonstrated a positive and accommodating attitude. In the rare event that we encountered a noise issue from neighboring property construction, the property management swiftly addressed our concerns and worked to minimize any inconvenience.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cap Dolores! La maison est très chaleureuse et bien équipée. Notre hôte Michael a été d'une grande gentillesse avec nous. Il reste à votre entière disposition et la qualité de votre séjour reste pour lui, sa priorité. La maison est située dans une rue piétonne au calme, dispose d'un parking privé très appréciable, et est à deux pas de tous les commerces à Andernos. De plus, séjourner à Andernos, nous a permis de rayonner très facilement dans tout le bassin d'Arcachon, de la presqu’île du Cap Ferret à Pyla sur mer. Bonjour, tout d’abord encore merci à la famille Lopez ! Ils méritent d’être connus pour leur amabilité et leur disponibilité. L’appartement était parfait et véritablement équipé pour tout avoir sous la main. Michael veille sur le bien-être de ses clients tout en préservant leur tranquillité.
