Bed bugs in four rooms! Broken shower spray and no shower hold so you must hold the spray when taking a shower. Bed bugs infestation is so bad that I did not sleep for a whole night and barely slept on the other nights. Worst five nights of my life. You must pay in advance, so I paid €350 cash and had no escaping this nightmare. Walls are not sound proof so everything from the Olympic games to businessmen fornicating with their mistresses can be heard with Hifi clarity. There is no kettle nor hair dryer in the room as stated on booking[dot]com ; no air conditioning in the scorching summer heat means that in the day time you feel like melting. No fridge nor microwave in the room. Just a tiny old television from the 2010s, so much for 'flat screen' TV. You must pay extra for breakfast which is simply coffee and toast. Their version of 'airport shuttle' is simply ordering a cab. Wifi is only available in the lobby so you must leave the room to go down a flight of stairs to get a decent signal. I was there five days and never got my room cleaned. I had to ask for toiletries myself every night. Forget about the blankets being 'electronic', they have hundreds of bed bugs. That, with the scorching heat, literally makes you feel you reached hell.
Took me a while to write this review just to protect others from suffering as badly as I did. If you read this review, please give it a thumbs up as very helpful so I know that I helped others by warning them. Read the captions on the videos and pictures for...
Read moreOur room was on the third floor (they call it the second - they don't count the ground level). We walked up a tiny winding stairway to get there, no elevator available. Once on that floor the hallway was dark in the middle of the day, so much so that I had to use the light on my phone to see where to use the room key. The room is very tiny, but worse, there are very few outlets and no international, multi - country outlets. My wife literally had to sit on the floor outside of the bathroom to use her hairdryer! See the pictures to see the size of the room and the bathroom. One of the two chairs is ripped up (see picture).|The fellow who checked us in was quite congenial. Our first day of housecleaning they didn't make the bed, just pulled the sheets and blanket back on to the bed kind of like a teenager would make their bed. By the third day they had a different housekeeper on duty because the bed was finally made up with the sheets and blankets tucked in, but still not changed.||Before arriving, my wife emailed them for a shuttle from the airport. They never sent one, so we had to scramble for transportation. Turns out we would have had to pay for the shuttle (as in hiring it privately) because they don't provide a shuttle, simply potentially book one for you, which they failed to do for us.|| The worst things were the tiny bathroom and shower, few electrical outlets, heat regulated by opening and closing the window and a general lack of...
Read moreBeautiful little hotel, excellent hygiene, bed linen changed regularly, enjoying the view of the Parisian streets. When I entered this hotel, I smelled whitewash, which means that they are really paying attention. You even have a TV in the room, and the bed is so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The hotel is built in an old style (but again I note that everything is very clean), which creates an authentic atmosphere of Paris.||The hotel also has a garden, ideal for waking up in the morning. The location is really great, because you have metro line 3, just 3 minutes away and all the central parts of Paris are very close.||The staff is so kind, whatever I didn't understand, they helped me, especially the very kind guy Malek helped me find various places, because nearby you have a lot of cafes, markets and everything you need.||P.S. - For those who are demanding and look at every detail, I don't know why you write all kinds of reviews, because for the money you paid, which is really not expensive, you get a lot of quality, at least twice the price, and the price in my opinion is very low. I think a lot of people are very ungrateful||The warmest recommendations for this hotel! I know that when I come to Paris I will stay at the Hotel...
