Christine and Dominique are your perfect hosts for your stay in the Provence. Since 2013 they have created a cozy and lovely B&B, which now offers 5 rooms.||My wife and I have stayed a week at the L’Oréliane where we occupied the room which has direct access to the enclosed terrace with the swimming pool. ||It proved to be an excellent room. Like every other place in the house, it was decorated with great taste. It was a large room with a very good bed, an excellent airco, a bathroom with jacuzzi and a superb, walk-in shower. The toilet was in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom. A coffee & tea machine was also available.||The swimming pool is a small one, but nevertheless a perfect place to cool down after a hot day of sightseeing. The enclosed terrace around the pool offers plenty of seats and sun-beds to spend a relaxing afternoon. The old bed which has been turned into a cozy sofa and outdoor shower are a real eye-catcher on the terrace.||Breakfast, served on the cozy garden-terrace in front of the house, is just brilliant. Christine offers plenty of self-made, very tasteful things: don’t miss the excellent fresh apple juice, try the home-made pastries & cakes, marmelades, yoghourt, … too many to mention. ||Your car can be parked on the secured parking in front of the B&B.||What makes this B&B so fabulous?|- the divine hospitality of Christine and Dominique. They make you feel at home and have great tips for trips and places where you can buy local products.|- the taste with which the entire house and surrounding garden have been decorated. Christine and Dominique have really succeeded in turning this B&B into a lovely, cozy gem. |- the excellent location: close to Avignon, L’île-sur-la-Sorgue and an excellent starting-point to explore the Lubéron region.||It’s hard to name of few points for improvement, but it would be good to have a small fridge in the room (certainly in these times of heatwave). I know they have already tried several times to solve this, but the wifi is still underperforming and requires an update.||Conclusion: this B&B is a real gem and we would not hesitate to return to this place. Highly...
Read moreWe had a lovely stay at the L'Oreliane in early October 2017. Christine and Dominique provided a warm welcome to their beautiful and comfortable B&B. It is in a quiet street of a pretty town, ideally situated, making it a great base to explore this part of Provence. Arles, Avignon, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Roussillon, Pont-du-Gard, and dozens of other towns and destinations are within easy reach of this B&B. On certain nights the hosts offer a home-cooked Provencal evening meal at the B&B, at the table d'hotes. We were lucky to be able to partake on our first night there, it was a special experience getting to meet & talk to the hosts and other guests, and the meal was delicious. The morning breakfasts were ample and delicious as well. The room was large and beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and very nice en suite bathroom and separate WC. The have a protected, gated parking area right at the B&B. We give this B&B our highest...
Read moreWe had a wonderful 2-night stay at À L’Oréliane en Provence. The house is beautifully decorated with so much taste and quality, and every corner feels thoughtfully done. Christine is full of great tips, and the fact that they make the effort to speak your language is just adorable.
Parking is secure and only 50 meters away, (not on the property) and the location is perfect for exploring Roussillon, Cavaillon, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Avignon, and more. They also have a pool, which we didn’t use as the weather wasn’t great, but it looked lovely.
Breakfasts were a delight, made with high-quality products, thank you Dominique for the tasty omelette. The house is clearly well cared for, and the owners are incredibly kind, making sure your stay is truly enjoyable.
A lovely place we’d...
