A friend booked this B&B for a gathering of old friends. It is tucked away down a small lane in a very small village. We very much enjoyed the stay and Natalie was lovely. So a few things to know about the house and the village. Beblenheim is VERY VERY small. There are some nice restaurants but there is literally nothing else. So if your idea of a place to stay is somewhere charming but somewhere you can also go out, for a glass of wine, a stroll around a few shops….this is not your place and you absolutely need a car. If you want somewhere quite small, charming and within driving distance of another town, this is it. It is a pity there is not a photo of the B&B and I will try to find one and upload it. When you turn down Rue des Raisnis, it s a very short road you will come to an end and then you will see on your left a small drive, take that drive as the B*B is just beyond that entrance. You walk in to the house and up one flight of stairs, to the right will be a common area where you can sit at night and have breakfast in the morning. Lovely. The rooms are small and you must be warned that the shower area is not in a separate room. You walk from your bedroom in to the shower. There is a separate toilet with a door but this is the set up in 3 of the rooms we had. The Juliette (at the top) has a shower curtain as a 'door' largely because you have a slanted roof. The other rooms had a sliding glass door. Beds were comfortable and in general, all was very very nice. Rates were from 70=80 Euro so good value. Yes,...
