Huatian Chinagora — Hotel in Créteil

This is something that really leaves you perplexed. You don’t expect such a big structure in chinese style just outside Paris. All is chinese, the staff, the food, the decor. They speak chinese but also a bad french and the clients are chinese.|The price can be good but it’s not what you want if you go|To Paris I think. Anyways I was here only for business reasons and promised never go back again. No service at all!|In any case, Rooms are quite large and clean, nothing to complain about this. Nota Dolens is The restaurant which only serves chinese food which is not good and I love chinese food when well prepared! I ve been sick for a whole day after two meals there.Then if you have western people you must also serve western food which they try with breakfast in a kind of ghetto for non chinese clients with crap food. I was terrified only in seeing cheese and hams on the board. The cheapest jam i vee seen in my life into plastic containers, no choice of anything appealing or tasteful for a breakfast not even a croissant. No croissants in Paris!!|I went for breakfast to the restaurant and they sent me to the main floor, they serve breakfast only for chinese there! I really was feeling discriminated and plus once there i had a quick kind of breakfast, even coffee was crap, and took a spoon to bring in my room since i ve none and do not know how to wisk sugar or milk into coffee or tea. DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely Rubbish Hotel. Not a 4 star at all, please don’t get fooled by the reviews. I stayed here for 7 nights in June while being 6 months pregnant. It was between 28 to 31c temperature. Most of the days the hot drinks were not refilled and I had to constantly keep asking to give us some tea or coffee in the room. We were told on our second night that after the first day, the water bottles has to be paid for and they charges us 3 euros for 1 litre. ( few doors away in supermarket we later bought 6 Evian water bottles for 4euros, all 1.5 Litres) though this was only rule created by one receptionist whereas after we bought our own water, they kept refilling water bottles everyday in our room. The fridge and the air conditioner barely worked which was difficult to bare since it was 31C and I was 6 months pregnant. Our entire floor stunk of cigarette smoke. The bed, linens and everything in the room was extremely dirty and not cleaned properly at all. Also the Tv was old so doesn’t connect with WiFi to be able to watch any streaming such as Netflix or Prime, and the remote was in Chinese, out of 40 channels only 1 channel was in English. I stayed at this hotel with my wife in Nov 2016. This hotel was reserved by our tour, It has a balcony and a good view of the seine, but with the architecture of the hotel you feel as if you are in china not in Paris. No french atmosphere at all. There are several reasons why I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. ||First of all, the location is not good. You have to take a bus to take you to the metro station, or walk some long distance on foot. Even worse it takes around 50 minutes to get to the tourist attractions like Eiffle Tower. Imagine you have to spend 2 hours of each day for going to & returning from major tourist attractions. Moreover, the service and cleaning conditions are not good. When our room was being cleaned we were in the room because of sickness. The guy cleaning the bathroom was using the same sponge for cleaning everywhere in the bathroom the sink and the cups, on top of that, he used the towels in the bathroom to clean the floor and then the doorway. That was disgusting. Also, staff can't speak English. even everything in the room is written in Chinese. The hotel promotes good quality things on the net and doesn't offer you that.
