We stayed here overnight both ways on a road trip from the UK to Italy. We chose this one as it lies close to the border of Switzerland and was reasonably priced.||||We went with our 3 children and our friends with their 2 children. The hotel could not accommodate our larger family with a room to fit 5, so we had to book two rooms.||||The rooms were all basic with small bathrooms which had seen better days, with patches of mould around the tiles. The air con in one room, although working, left a puddle on the floor by the bedroom door which we had to be careful not to slip on.||||None of the shower heads in any of the rooms would sit on their holders, so we could only shower by hand. The water was hot though, so it wasn't all bad. ||||On our return trip, my husband and son's room smelt strongly of cigarettes and there were dirty towels on the floor. On complaining, his room was changed immediately and although it was apparent that they were given another smoking room, at least this one appeared cleaner. The hotel was full, with an abundance of tradesmen staying whilst working on site nearby. We were the only families.||||Our friends stated that their ground floor room offered a loud clanging noise every twenty minutes throughout the night, which they thought may be connected to the air con, but were unsure. ||||The evening receptionist however was accommodating and when we asked to put our bottles of water in the fridge, she was happy to help. The other positive was that there was free WiFi. ||||As it was just a one night stopover each way, we accepted the hotel for what it was - a bed for the night. It is in the middle of an industrial estate with a Lidl and a KFC close by.||||We did not feel inclined to stay for breakfast on either visit and sadly do not feel inclined to re-book with Enzo Hotels in...
Read moreWe stayed at this hotel for one night at 36 Euro which is a bargain, especially during Tour De France. It was difficult to find the tram station and was not centrally located to anything in Mulhouse. The location is not good at all especially if you do not know your way around. ||||I recommend this hotel for budget travelers, backpackers, or someone looking to stay one quick night while passing through Mulhouse. ||||What you NEED to know:||Do arrive at the hotel before 9:00pm I believe. By 11:00pm the front desk was certainly closed and some travelers had arrived that were not able to check in. The front desk does have specific hours and there was nobody at the hotel as far as we could tell outside of those hours. The lights in the hallways and lobby are also turned off at that time. There is a vending machine for water and snacks if needed. The rooms do not have AC, there was free wifi but didn't work well in some rooms, and the hallways and rooms smelled very bad of cigarette smoke. The rooms were very small and the bathrooms were as small as those in a recreational vehicle. This being said, the rooms, beds, and bathrooms were very clean and did just fine...
Read moreWe stayed there with friends only for one night during our trip to France. Everything went wrong. We arrived around 11pm and there was no reception opened. In front of the door was machine for check in, which should give you keys after you paid. But you can pay only with FRENCH credit card!! So we had to call number, which was written at the door and wait outside almost for half hour. When we came into the room, there was terriblly hot and from air condition went hot air despite the fact that it was set to lowest temperature. But the breakfast wasn't bad. Next time I would rather stay...
