The hotel and it's yard are very well maintained and the staff is very friendly, they're able to hold conversations in the english language and this is definitely a huge advantage for foreign travelers, the location of the hotel is accessible, with a parking lot right next to the second building of the hotel. It's close to the town's centre and there's a lot to explore nearby. The thermal baths, the park, as well as a variety of stores are mere minutes of walking away. while the city can become quite busy at times, the area where the hotel is located is very quiet. These self-contained suites, tho quite basic are clean, functional and very well located for visiting this lovely Spa Village and the beautiful Basque region. The bed was very comfortable, the linen, blankets etc., were fresh & clean and the kitchen proved most useful. There are good shops for groceries nearby, but do try some of the local restaurants as well! ||||The location - virtually around the corner from the Tourist Office - is so central yet very quiet so you'll get a good nights sleep.
