Hôtel in Paris — Hotel in Saint-Denis

I wish I could 0 stars on this, the worst ever experience as a wheelchair person we contact ahead before booking to know if their was wheelchair and they was said that their was ( no type of wheelchair access horrible) When we arrive their their is no type of wheelchair access, to door to our room as it was so small their was no way for me get to the other side as it was soo small. I had to drag myself on the floor for the first night to get to the room no one helped us out in the sense of finding us another place to stay.

The room smelt of cigarette horrible smell, we woke up the next morning with a very bad sore throat because of how bad we were inhaling that smell. the curtains were see though any person who would come into the corridor the light would turn on so we constantly had light in the room. the stairs looked horrible I will attach photos of how bad the place looked its horrendous.

The man at reception didn’t speak a word of English so it was so hard to communicate with him about the hole wheelchair problem.

It’s near the metro line 12, only 5 minutes walk. Most of the city centre attractions can be 35-45mins away. The room is spacious. It’s recently renovated and clean with wooden floor. Chargers sockets are near bedside. The bathroom is also clean. Shampoo is provided. Towels are provided and they offer clean towels every day and also cleaning the room. Reception is 24 hours and helpful. There’s a vending machine on ground floor for drinks and snacks. Great moroccan restaurants nearby. Supermarket is 7mins walk. I...

Un établissement low cost pour personne à sommeil LOURD ! Chambre isolée avec des feuilles de papiers, une chambre « 1 » au RDC à fuir de vitesse sauf si vous souhaitez passer la nuit de travail avec le veilleur de nuit qui ne se gênera pas pour parler « fort » avec des clients comme si la chambre du RDC n’existait pas. Ainsi que des sonneries continuelles dès 6 h du matin avec un petit bonus une machine à café faisant un bruit de dingue à 2 mètres de la porte de notre chambre. Si cela n’était que ça, il faut rajouter une climatisation qui saute est fait un petit bruit très agréable pour une sommeil cassé mais aussi un matelas et des coussins dur comme des rondin de bois. Les petits extras qui peuvent faire vriller, télé mal accroché penché de biais pour le style, des trous dans le plafond pour le plaisir de voir la tuyauterie, une douche handicapée endommagée ( sans avoir été prévenu + une seule serviette pour deux ). Il y a aussi les portes qui s’ouvrent avec des codes ce qui vous permettra d’apprécier avec les murs en feuilles vos voisins de chambre galéraient et retaper le code plusieurs fois un plaisir.
