Travelled with my daughters dad and our five year old daughter. Hotel around 60 minutes away from air port at a cost of 58 euros. We used an app called bolt exactly same as uber but the French version. Arrived late afternoon. Check in was a breeze, tourist tax was paid. Breakfast added for the next morning, this was 18 euros the day before or 20 euros on the day for adults and 11 euros for a child the day before or 13 euros on the day. Breakfast itself there was a large selection buffet style. Hot section there was scrambled egg, sausage, continental bacon potatoe roti and beans. Scrambled egg looked like scrambled egg but didn't taste like it. Sausage looked like a chipolatas, didn't taste like it. Didn't eat the bacon but my partner did, he didn't rate it. Beans were good. They had a cold selection of meats and cheese this looked good but didn't have. Then there was fruit, pancakes, yoghurt, compote, toaster, mini pastries. Hot drinks and cold drinks there was a good selection. But if you like a full English sort of breakfast you may be disappointed. Staff at breakfast were really lovely and helpful, one of the waitresses noticed my bag was undone she was the first to stop me and let me know then we chatted about the area. She was great. Room was beautiful, tea and coffee making facilities, coffee, tea and milk provided (uht milk) self catering facilities, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, we didn't use but was good that it was there, safety deposit box in the room, free of charge. Room bright and airy. bathroom clean, toilet roll provided, just a few issues with the water, it was either boiling hot or luke warm so I suppose it just depends on the time of day when you shower. On the Sunday night we did have to knock on the next room as they were playing music extremely loudly at midnight, but they did turn it off when asked and apologised. Beds were comfy. View wasn't great from room we stayed in 243 just building works out the window. Went to the bar on a evening 9 euros for a pint of Heineken. If you walk into the small town about 1km away you csn pick 12 bottles of Heineken up for just under 8 euros. They also do pizza and burgers, we had a pizza one night at 18 euros, it was o.k. Not the best, not the worse, just ok. They have a mini arcade for the kids which the little one enjoyed. Swimming pool was beautifully clean and well maintained and heated (bonus) towels available on entering but we took our own. Plenty of sun beds and parasols. Small self service mini market in reception again it's expensive and I'd recommend you walk to the little town as they have a supermarket. There is also on site Starbucks but I avoided hot drinks or drinks including milk in France as its not to my liking. Free shuttle bus to Disney which is around a 10-15 minute journey from the hotel or 13 euros in a taxi. They run every 15 minutes in the morning reduced to 30 minutes in the afternoon. We never had to wait for the bus, it was always on time and reliable. The buses were even clean and maintained to a good standard. Walk into the town is about 1km, beautiful bread and pastry shop, supermarket but this shuts at 7pm in case your having a late night stroll for snacks like we did lol. There was a restraunt across the road, bellaroma I think it was called, menu was very big but food was also good, specialised in pizza and was very good with my little one as there was no children's menu but they made her smaller dishes instead. Overall I do think think it's a fabulous hotel, good location. But in terms of service I think it was expensive for what you recieved, e.g. Breakfast, a pint, mini...
Read moreThis is a lovely clean place with a pool and the rooms are big enough and have a handy little kitchenette with a fridge, microwave oven, hob and a mini dishwasher. (Although only one tablet supplied) The bathroom is modern with a shower or bath option. Pack hand soap as only shower gel is supplied and you can only reach that from the shower.
The beds are really comfortable, even the fold out ones! The restaurant is ok but has only one vegan option for adults and no vegan option for children. It was good that children can get a drink mains and dessert for €13, not that we could take advantage of that due to dietary requirements.
We took a ten minute walk into town to a lovely large supermarket and were able to get pretty much everything we needed.
The lobby is spacious and comfortable and a good place to relax and wait for your transfers to the airport. The toilets downstairs are really modern with lovely big cubicles, just be careful of the ‘sanitiser’ on the way out, it’s actually soap, or was when we were there so I had to go back in to wash again, at least I was sure my hands were clean. We were waiting for two and half hours for our transfer on check out day and we saw a cleaning lady pass by several times always hard at work, mopping wiping, cleaning.
The shuttle is great and on time every time we used it. When going back to the hotel you need to go to stop P at the bus station. It’s a 10 minute journey to the parks and you get off at the same place for both parks. The shuttle does stop running for a few hours in the afternoon but we just used the Bolt app and got a taxi when we needed to.
Ok the website the aparthotel boasts of a play zone for kids which my son was excited about but this has been filled with arcade machines which is a shame, we didn’t have any cash so had to tell our little one they were broken.
We did get told when we checked in ‘a maid doesn’t visit every day’ which is fine, but we still assumed we would get fresh towels. Every day we arrived back quite late and tired to find that we didn’t have any clean towels. By night 3 my husband approached someone with a cart who said “this is all I have” and gave him two tiny hand towels. As a family of 3 who needed to shower that was quite a challenge! Upon reading other reviews now I can see that people have said you have to put the dirty towels outside your room to get clean ones but there’s nothing anywhere to say this. I have just scoured the website and finally found something that says if you’re staying for less than 6 days you won’t get a bed change or clean towels unless you pay a charge, I’d have been happy to do that if we had been told this information.
I will stay here again, but either pay for towels or pack plenty of them.
My final part of the review is no fault at all of the hotel.
We were woken up around midnight every night by loud people running up corridors shouting and shrieking. There are posters up to ask people to be quiet but you will always get awful people who don’t care. We also found ourselves on the shuttle a couple of times with a group of young teenagers who were on a trip but didn’t seem to have an adult with them, I had to keep my 5 year old entertained so he didn’t hear the constant swearing. Again, not the hotels fault but it wasn’t great behaviour from their guests, I guess you would get it at...

Large main room:
Closet, luggage rack and full length mirror in entryway
No deadlock on the door, didn't really like that.
Kitchenette was clean, provided with soap and a sponge to wash up, a small mini fridge and a bin that are hidden away within the cupboards. Microwave and crockery available. Nespresso Pod coffee machine with some pods, sugars and small milks in the fridge and a kettle.
TV on the wall above the small dining table alongside 3 chairs.
Floor was dirty, I had arrived in white socks and left with a dark brown colour. I do appriciate the hard floor over carpet though and wish more hotels would follow suit.
Bed had crumbs, hairs and bits of dirt on it, the fabric headboard needed a good clean. Lumpy matress wasn't great and would also suggest fully zipped matress protectors to ward off any potential hitchhiker bugs from burrowing. Loved the bed lamps though, very useful.
Window trickle vents were broken. I didn't sleep very well as every car, guest and goose (namely at 5-6am they would all start a group honking) prevented me from getting any form of decent sleep. The buzzing of the fridge also added to this.
Sofa bed looked clean, didn't use it to sleep on however so cannot comment on the comfort.
Bathroom:
Was a little too small. I had hit my foot on the sink stepping into the bath whilst trying to avoid the glass shower door from moving and hitting me in the face as it didn't like to stay still.
Toilet seat was stained an orange colour around the rim, but the toilet itself was clean.
Mini waste bin, hand soap and body wash in dispensers. 3 toilet rolls, floor towel. 2 large towels and 1 hand towel were provided.
Lobby:
Clean, modern and welcoming. The staff didn't say a lot but were pleasant/helpful when approached.
Small shop next to the check-in desk that sold things like plug adaptors, toothbrushes, Nivea moisturiser etc. as well as drinks and snacks, such as some instant ramen pots, haribo crocodiles, a range of crisps etc. Bottled water was 4.50 euros for a liter
Game zone for kids that consisted of pay to play car racing arcade machines and claw grabbers.
Breakfast Room:
Starbucks coffee, limited menu that was basically the same as a coffee machine, cake counter with some various treats in if you wanted to grab and go.
Breakfast was 15 euros per person, and was your typical buffet style breakfast. Croissants, twists, toast, mini pancakes, bacon, breakfast sausages, hash browns, scrambled eggs, beans. Orange, apple and multifruit juices, coffee machine, a range of tea. Fruit, yogurts, granolas and cereals.
Distance to Disneyland was around an 8 minuite drive (not accounting for traffic you will encounter whilst parking - parking at Disneyland is also 30 euros a day).
All in all, an...
