LE CLOS DES GALEJADES — Hotel in Toulon

The affordable hotel on the island of Porquerolles (80-90€). Others are way too expensive. Not only that but le Clos des galéjades consists of several studios with patio, looking a private garden. In the studio there is room for 2 adults and two children, a kitchenette, a bathroom with bath tub, a TV, tables and chairs. It is so comfortable, and quiet you want to stay there. The last time the apartments were decorated was about 40 years ago..bathroom dates from the 18th century. New dishwasher to wash old and broken pyrex plates. Damp and unpleasant. Outside furniture in awful condition and broken. Good location but they profit from the lack of hotels on the island and clearly do not spend a dime on maintenance. Never again and not very nice...

Accueil correct mais sans plus. Bien situé : commerces et départs de randonnées à proximité. Concernant le studio Bianca : terrasse privative mais à l'ombre. Grand espace central bien équipé mais peu lumineux, surtout quand on est obligé de fermer les rideaux pour éviter les regards indiscrets des voisins. Sol pas très propre (attention si vous portez des chaussettes claires). Trois portes : une s'ouvre sur la salle de bain. Une autre cache le local technique de la piscine, dont le moteur ronronne (niveau sonore moyen : 33 dB), en continu, jour et nuit. La dernière cache la chaudière de l'appartement du dessus qui se déclenche bruyamment (niveau sonore instantané entre 31 et 58 dB) pendant plusieurs minutes, avec un petit claquement de porte au début et à la fin, dès qu'un voisin prend une douche... Même la nuit... Ces désagréments n'auraient pas fait l'objet d'un commentaire s'ils...
