MAISON BAO & TABLE DU BAO — Hotel in Toulon

We spent five nights with Marie and Emmanuel and had a wonderful time at Maison Bao. They have created a true oasis that left us speechless at first. The room was incredibly tasteful, with great attention to detail and high-quality furnishings (smart home, dimmable lights, rain shower, walk-in wardrobe, high-quality bed linen, etc.). A highlight was the terrace with deck chairs that belongs to the room and the fantastic pool, which made us decide to stay at the accommodation several times. Maison Bao is located in a quiet residential area and is surrounded by bamboo and other terraced houses. It was always absolutely quiet and had a great atmosphere. Different beaches, chateau‘s, piteresque french villages and great gault millau listed restaurants are reachable within 15-20 minutes which makes it a great place to explore the surrounded area. In addition to the great accommodation, Maison Bao also offers excellent food. The breakfast (especially the fresh orange juice and scrambled eggs, probably the best we have ever eaten), where you could choose between savoury and sweet, was incredibly delicious and also visually very appealing, but also the dinner, for which you can register, was excellent. Maison Bao is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, Emmanuel and Marie welcomed us with such warmth and kindness – their smiles made us feel instantly at home. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and so comfortable, with a king bed and excellent air conditioning that made our stay extra relaxing. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality products, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was perfectly quiet at night, so we slept wonderfully.

Breakfast each morning was a real treat – served right to the table with delicious local products, fresh and full of flavor. Another bonus is the easy, free parking around the property, which made things super convenient.

My wife and I stayed at Marie amd Emmanuel’s property for four nights at the end of August. The property is brand new and extremely well maintained amd decorated. With only four guest rooms, it is very exclusive. Our room was decent sized and extremely comfortable. King sized bed and great linens and comforter. The bathroom and toiletries are excellent. Breakfast is served poolside and is very tasty. You can choose from savory (with eggs, cheese and charcuterie) or sweet (pain au chocolate, yogurt, fruit etc) and both options are delicious. The pool, while small, is more than adequate for a dip. While we didn’t have dinner at Maison Bao, I know that they offer pizza and other options if requested.
