Do not stay here as a student. Super expensive, was lied to about the ground floor window being "next to the railway so no one can see inside" although it is right next to the parking lot so couldn't have any privacy. The manager asked me to do ridiculous things to get my deposit back, including asking me to clean the vents that are next to the ceiling and asking me whether I can reseal the sinks, even though I did not damage them. Made me stand outside my room for 40 minutes whilst he inspected the room before I left even though I had a flight to catch. Made rude comments about the room to his colleague assuming I couldn't understand him, even though I told him I speak french. After spending days cleaning the room, he told me it was "not clean enough" and ended up keeping half of my deposit which was originally 750 euros. Terrible service and...

the place is not worth the price considering the distance from the center and what it offers. additionally, as part of the company's policy, the deposit should be returned within 2 months of leaving the apartment. in my case, more than 2 months have passed and despite all emails that were ignored, I have not received my money back despite the fact that I left my room in perfect condition, which was noted by the employee when...

en soit les appartements sont très corrects, mais le loyer est démesuré… Il est presque 150€ plus cher que pour un appartement surface équivalente dans le centre ville, d’autant plus que cette résidence est très mal placée. Ce loyer démentiel est justifié par un tas de « services annexes » qui n’existent pas, des salles communes fermées 80% du temps… Autre grosse blague, les loyers augmentent chaque année 🕺, (d’environ 25€). Le seul point positif de cette résidence est son ambiance entre résident qui est très conviviale, et aussi son état car le bâtiment reste agréable et neuf. Mais bref cela ne suffit certainement pas un tel prix. (PS : tout les avis avec 5 étoiles et un message positif on été mis suite à un jeu concours mis en place pour surfent factory, ou si l’on mettait un avis positif on pouvait gagner une paire de chaussette — je vous jure que...
