We selected this hotel following the good comments from other former residents. We were extremely happy with our choice. The tram from the airport stops just a few metres from the hotel. With the same tram we were, in 20 minutes, right in the old town centre. All the staff were exceptional and extremely helpful. They assisted us to check in our room well before the official check-in time. They showed us the eating places around and what-to-visit in Toulouse. The room was clean with all the amenities whether it is for a short or a long stay. The kitchenette was very handy even though we ate most of the time outside, some 15 to 20 minutes leisure walk. The room was very quiet inspite of the fact that the tram tracks is just in front. Everything was perfect. I only advised the hotel management that they should, in their website, informed that the tram fare from the airport is a NORMAL tram ticket which, in october 2019, was €1,70 and NOT the AIRPORTSHUTTLE ticket which is € 8,00 ! They did mention this fact in the lift of the hotel. By then it is too late ! The damage is already done !! Do keep up...
Read moreSpent three nights here in early June when picking up my daughter from her year at university in Toulouse. Although it's quite a long walk from the centre of Toulouse, we chose it due to secure parking and a lovely outdoor pool!|We did walk into town but the very frequent tram is just across the road and the metro about a 10 minute walk ago.|The rooms are very comfortable and have well equipped kitchens. Air conditioning works very well. If we'd had a balcony, it would have been perfect! There is a laundry in the basement which cost about 8-9 euros for wash and dryer. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.|We didn't book breakfast as it seemed expensive. There's a local bakery a 5 minute walk away and a Leclerc supermarket a little further.|Toulouse is a great city to visit, as I've said in previous reviews so won't...
Read moreWent to watch the rugby, basic but clean and plenty of kitchen facilities||Twenty minutes from the tram, a ticket is 1.70 (make sure you validate) we got a 3 Day Ticket for €13 which gave access to bus, tram and underground. We got a tram to Arenes then changed to the underground, if you get lucky with the trams it's 20 minutes. The public transport system is brilliant so don't be scared of booking a bit out the centre. Nice bakery down the road, if you head two stops towards the airport there's plenty of amenities available.||If possible ask for a hippodrome facing room.||Pool was nicely kept, never more than an handful of people in there. The reception is only 8am - 9pm so make sure you make arrangements out...
