The room had several unresolved maintenance issues that made the stay quite uncomfortable:| • Air conditioning didn’t work at all, which made the room hot and stuffy.| • Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak — it only worked if I stood near the entrance door.| • TV had no channels or signal, essentially useless.| • Shower drain was clogged, causing water to...

Начну с того что, сотрудники отела очень гостеприимный. Особенно владелец отеля. Спасибо Ему очень большое за все. Отель Вест Тбилиси - нет слов, очень хорошо. Номера супер. Обслуживание супер. Местоположение супер, рядом магазины аптеки, кафе, базар и самое главное метро который можно куда угодно попасть без проблем. Рекомендую. Если буду в Тбилиси ещё, сразу суда без поиска другого отеля. Hotel West Tbilisi - no words, very good. The rooms are great. The service is great. The location is super, close to pharmacies, cafes, bazaars and most importantly the metro so you can get anywhere without any problems. I recommend. If I'm in Tbilisi again, I'll go straight away without looking for another hotel. THANK YOU AGAIN WEST...

This hotel feels brand new and very modern. Everything works as it should. It's clean, wifi is great, and the bed is comfortable. Excellent service too. It's not near the tourist sites, but perfect since I needed a hotel in this neighborhood....
