The hotel would be easy to find it the building structure wasn't home to offices of other businesses. The logo for the hotel is small and you can't find it easily. There's no where to park temporarily to move your luggage either. Spaces on the street are always taken, spaces beside the building are marked for private residences. ||||If you're traveling for business, forget it. The WiFi was out for 48 hours, I had to use up my very expensive international roaming data for this time period. The hotel staff assured me that the problem was being looked at. Even when it was working it was unreliable, dropped out and was excessively slow, too slow for even small 1mb emails.||||The bathroom is clean. The shower is great and roomy, you'll be taking a nice warm shower and then you'll be burnt by scorching hot water. Within 40 seconds you'll be bathing in waters from Antarctica. In disbelief you may look at the shower tap, but it won't have moved.||||Parking, Booking.com said there was on-site parking for 5 euros a night. There is no on site parking. It's fictional. The parking is not even in an adjacent structure. It's 3 minutes walk, including a heavy duty staircase to the parking lot of the nearby mini shopping mall. There's also only a limited number of access cards to park in the parking structure, otherwise you're paying 12 euros a night, or 0.50 euros per an hour.||||If you want to check out early should your business or travel plans change, you'll be paying 90% of the original prices for every night you don't stay.||||Seriously, avoid this hotel...
Read moreLocation||About 10 minutes from the Autobahn. Was quite easy to find with the Navigation system. Centrally located and plenty of choices of restaurants within walking distance. There was free parking right in front of the hotel.||||Check-in process||They had my reservation in order and everything was fast and efficient. They take payment upon check in so there is nothing to do the next day except drop off the keys.||||Room||Was rather large and spacious. Wrap around windows with excellent view of the backside of the hotel with trees and green. Had 3 large cupboards. More space to put away things than I knew what to do with. Not sure if I was upgraded to a larger room without even asking for one.||Bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. Everything worked as expected.||||There is a combination of Hotel rooms and Senior citizen housing in the same building, which is strange, but did not bother me.||||WiFi||Was given a Username and Password upon checkin. Works for as many devices as you want. Good speed, even managed to make some VOIP calls (international). In short, the internet rocked!||||Breakfast||Well appointed breakfast. The usual suspects - cereals, Orange juice, Fruits, sliced meats, different types of bread etc. No complaints.||||Overall||Definitely would consider staying at this hotel again. Great value for money...
Read moreI should start with a parking first. No parking at all. If you are lucky and expert to drive around, you might found parking who knows where.||Hotel is inside a bossiness building , no sign for reception, and if you arrive late no one can help you. We were given room and first shock was black aunts everywhere- on the wall, carpet, bed, under the bed. After half an hour we were able to find someone, and she said that was last room, she doesn't know anything and doesn't have any spray to kill aunts. I asked for vacuum cleaner, another 20 minutes of wait, she said she had to leave, and I was vacuuming room instead of enjoy my stay, go out, or whatever. Aunts everywhere, we had to move furniture, we found garbage under bed, around windows. Disgusting. Of course, no one slept. In the morning finally it was more people at the reception desk, but they were just not helpful at all. I showed them pictures that I took, and they are just like- well- how is that possible.||Avoid...
