The room was so big! Has its own living room kinda space with big windows. The bathroom was also spacy and stylish. The drawers and closet are plenty and big, they come really handy. The bed room had a double bed, nice and comfy blanket. The kitchen, dining area, terrace, they are nice and clean, modern and stylish. All kicthen equipment was so hi-tech!!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Baltic Sea in Germany. The hotel is self service for check in and check out but the owner is available at breakfast. The lady is a lovely person with impeccable English. During our visit we enjoyed beautifully served, tasty breakfasts. If there was anything local, the owner explained the origin of the dish. Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem 4-Sterne-Hotel übernachtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend und entspricht absolut dem Anspruch eines 4-Sterne-Hauses. Leider kann man das von der Innenausstattung nicht sagen.

Das Badezimmer war extrem klein – die Toilette befand sich direkt vor dem Waschbecken, was die Nutzung sehr unkomfortabel machte. Auch insgesamt entsprach die Ausstattung eher einem normalen Hotelstandard.

Das Frühstück wurde auf einer Etagère serviert, was optisch ansprechend war. Die Auswahl an Aufschnitt und Käse war ausreichend, wirkte jedoch wie Produkte aus dem Supermarkt. Positiv: Es gab eine gute Auswahl an Säften, Marmeladen und Cerealien. Der Kaffee wurde becherweise serviert. Insgesamt war das Frühstück seinem Preis von € 22,00 pro Person nicht angemessen.

Der Check-in erfolgt komplett elektronisch, was grundsätzlich praktisch ist. Allerdings gibt es im gesamten Haus kein Personal vor Ort. In der Hausordnung ist lediglich eine Handynummer für Notfälle angegeben. Das mag für technisch versierte Reisende funktionieren – aber ich möchte mir nicht vorstellen, was passiert, wenn man stürzt oder sich ernsthaft verletzt und das Smartphone nicht mehr bedienen kann. Für allein reisende Gäste kann das ein echtes Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen.
