The house is very old and needs some renovation, the rooms are clean and fine except the bathroom is just optimized for design but not usability (mirror just usable for very tall people, no cabinets no place to put your toiletry bag. The most strange thing is the house is operated without any employees. In case of any question there is nobody to support. After official check-out time there is no way to pick-up...

I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone; heavy construction work and renovation was going on, but they still rented the place out for full price; also they had a water leakage, so the whole entry area was wet and smelly. Lastly the coffemachine and shower were dirty. The service person (available via whatsapp) offered to deduct the cleaning fee as a courtesy. Nice move but still this might be the worst...

Zunächst das positive: Gute Lage, zentral in der Innenstadt.

Leider muss ich dennoch Ihnen eine negative Bewertung für meinen Aufenthalt hinterlassen. Zuallererst war das Apartment bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Es gab sichtbare Staubreste, Krümel und Flecken an sämtlichen Wänden, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Fußleisten waren nicht korrekt befestigt, was eine Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder darstellt. Die Glasfront führte zu einer viel zu hohen Temperatur im gesamten Apartment, eine Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden. Der Flurbereich und das gesamte Gebäude waren extrem dreckig. Ein weiteres Problem war der Lärmpegel. Die Wände und Fenster scheinen sehr schlecht gedämmt zu sein, sodass wir die ganze Nacht über Geräusche von den Nachbarzimmern hören konnte und die Auto-Poser-Szene an der Woldemei in Lippstadt belauschen durften. Dies hat unseren Schlaf massiv beeinträchtigt. Auch der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal im Whatsapp-Chat war zwar höflich, jedoch scheint es an Engagement und Hilfsbereitschaft zu mangeln. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde mit einem 10% Gutschein eingegangen, und ansonsten keine Lösung angeboten. Ich werde das Unternehemen definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen oder...
