The Residences - Boardinghouse — Hotel in Offenbach am Main

We enjoyed our stay at Offenbach Residence Boardinghouse. We stayed as a couple for a month during July (2023). Our room was on the first floor. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. Rooms were clean. Cleaning service was provided in the rooms at least once every 15 days. The building and building materials were new. Rooms were spacious for two people. Wardrops were sufficient. The bed was comfortable and wide. Transportation was comfortable with 103 and 120 buses. We were able to reach Frankfurt with these buses and train in about 30 minutes. It was noiseless and calm. We were not uncomfortable because of any noice. We were more satisfied than we expected. Coordinator Mr. Mahmud was very interested. From booking process, he was always accessible and kind. He was attentive, careful, problem solver. We got answers to all our questions. Wi-Fi was on. There was Netflix and TV. We were more satisfied with this apart than the four-star hotel in Dusseldorf, where we stayed later. The only minor annoyance was that there was some noise from the road when the windows were open. And our deposit of 1000 Euros was delayed a week due to a technical problem. We got our deposit back. We are satisfied....

Excellent services received during my stay here. Very well maintained place, centrally located, warm and very helpful staff. I appreciated all the support received in the initial days to setup myself in Germany. The rooms were tidy, maintained and cleaned often as the housekeeping was available on request. Heating and cooling system available in the room. Kitchenette with basic utilities were provided for the entire stay. Vending and coffee machine services also very handy and provided in the building premises.

Location is well accessible and bus or train services are walkable. Reaching Frankfurt central station took only 25-30 minutes. Supermarket stores Lidl, Edeka are also walkable within 5-8 minutes distance. WiFi services are very good. Security of the place is well taken care off as I had no concerns being a single traveler. One suggestion I can offer is having a small storage shelf in the bathroom for keeping daily utilities. Overall I had a very smooth onboarding and off boarding as the staff was very accommodating and timely in answering all my queries. I would unreservedly recommend staying at The Residences if traveling to Frankfurt...

A huge thank to Mahmud, the manager, who made our stay even more special. His warmth and attentiveness to every guest's needs are rare to find. His team, too, has been incredibly professional, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout our time here.
