Our daughter has moved to Paderbourn, and we went on our first visit this week. We would certainly stay in Hotel Kaup again. It is small (about 20 rooms), but really very nice. It is run by a family, and the staff were very kind and helpful, despite our total lack of German. Our room was large, spacious, and charming, with a well equipped, and beautifully heated bathroom.
