Safety will be the concern in this motel. Even tho the response will be answered with a chatbot gbt (lazy) style answer of saying they are working on it and it never happens. Well if you are looking for safety I do not recommend this motel.
As I stay there every month on business layover trips and this is the only cheap motel provided by my budget employer and I have had my room broken into while I’m inside a couple times. One time when I was sleeping an d completely ripped the chain right out the drywall. And countless colleagues are also getting their rooms broken into and there hasn’t been any improvement on that. One colleague got his cellphone smashed out of his hand when he ran after the person who broke into the room with him in it. The chain is installed in a drywall which has zero effect as you can even pull it out the wall with a normal hand force. Perhaps this is ok for a backpacker who is staying around for a few hours and not expected to leave the hostel or motel room but it is not adequate as a stay for any corporate enterprise to put its employees in without regard to their safety. I refuse to stay there after having my room broken into with me in the room. Hotel constantly answers they are sorry and resolving the problem and never do. This motel should be decommissioned as it also has recently installed a camara so they can even watch customers get their rooms broken into and do nothing about it. With zero security installed hence avoiding liability in the event of something...

Read moreThe experience of staying at this hotel is horrible.
The room is decent size, clean, and has the basic facilities it has. Breakfast is not fancy, but ok.
However, the staff here, is NO HELP at all! the service is non-existent, and not consistent. It could be one day you call for room service, and get 4 different answers, there’s no room service today (although ok the information card there should be), or oh there is, but you have to come down to collect your food, for room service??? Or you pay 5 euros for it to be delivered to your room…again, room service???
And, no ones gonna entertain any requests to you room, even though on the information card it says it would.
And…the hotel just charges your bill to your credit card without informing you, even without showing you your bill upon checkout. There’s no authorisation to the credit card at check in, but they charged to the card you made the room reservation directly, and when asked to show details of the bill, they put the blame on you and not offering any help but that you have to call their external provider yourself to get your bill breakdowns.
It is. Just...
