My favorite place to stay at when in Stuttgart, Germany. This is a little outside the city center but it has access to a tram/ straßenbahn about 50m away from the hotel. It is very easy to access and is approximately a 10min tram ride To Schlossplatz. They may not have a star rating or elevator but the hotel is clean and cozy. They also serve a simple but quality breakfast. Their breakfast is always prepared fresh. Also, I am loving their newly renovated area on the top floor called the “Arena View Apartment”. It is approximately 70sqm with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downside is that it has no air conditioning system so it might be a little warm during summer. However it will be a perfect place to stay at during winter, spring and fall. The staff are also warm and accomodating.

Stayed there for 2 nights for a business trip. Two stars for the friendly staff and early check-in but I would not stay there again. The room did not have many furnitures, only a table that is way too small and too low, a chair, a small fridge, a TV and a cupboard. Even-though there is a control for air-con, there is no air con and the fan is really loud. My room was opposite a school, so children shouting all the time. I think the room is facing south and therefore a lot of sunshine in my room, which made it so hot that I could not stay in my room anymore. No elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast was also not available. Wifi was not reliable. Overall, this place felt more like a hostel than a hotel. You can get much better hotels for the price that they are charging.

Me and my family stayed here for 2 weeks in October in their Arena view room which was perfect for our family. It had an open plan layout with a kitchen, dining area and living area and 2 large bedrooms. The room was clean and new and we loved the view from the top floor. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city but also close enough to walk to the tram station and other main sites. We had a lovely breakfast every morning and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely and relaxing stay and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Stuttgart.

Recently returned from two nights at the Relax hotel...||Now its hard to write a review of the hotel because of the mixed bag you get with it, ||||Every point of the hotel has its good and bad points...||The staff - receptionists themselves were great, very polite and helpful, the staff who served breakfast were hit and miss, one was great, happy and asking if everything was ok - the other one just stared in silence at your every move and said nothing.||||The room, up several flights of concrete steps to the third floor (no lift) the room was a good size but very very basic, a mini fridge and tv in room as well as a fan which was supplied which was broken. Bathroom was very poor, intermittent working shower and the bathroom was so small my shoulders could touch both walls. Unable to wash at the sink without leaving the bathroom door open. Very basic bed with one cover on it and a weird pillow - none the less I slept well which was a bonus.||||Other thing that left me disappointed - gym advertised amounted to nothing more than a small room with a basic treadmill, x-trainer and bike and a multigym - all in a small room on the 2nd floor (next to my hotel room ironically) very poor for what I expected. Swimming pool was the size of a garden pond - not a pool at all. Didnt find the sauna and steam room because by that time I was fed up with what I had found with the gym.||||I expected more because of the price I paid which wasnt cheap - I could have got alot better for alot cheaper in the centre of Stuttgart but this was chosen because of location and "supposed" facilies. If this hotel was maybe €25 cheaper and around €50 a night then I might be less critical based upon what I found.||||Location: Hotel is next to Gaisberg tram station (2 min walk) transport links verygood to main Stuttgart City Centre and also the LKA Longhorn venue which was the purpose of my stay. Supermarket and bank within 2 minutes walk of the hotel and restaurants 5 minutes walk so you could survive ok.||||So to summarise - its a great location if you plan on seeing a gig at the LKA Longhorn but if not then look elsewhere cos you can get better...

WORST HOTEL IN STUTTGART!

By far one of the worst hotels I have been to... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

the rooms are very old...

the TVs look like they are from 1930

the beds smell because the mattresses are very old...

the shower was so small that if you are a bit fat will not fit.

The walls are made out of cardboard...you can hear everything from the other rooms.

There is no elevator and my room was on the last floor!! I had to drag my luggage they didnt even offer to help me.

On top of all of that the room was cleaned only 1 time for the entire week I stayed and i was paying €110 per night...i couldnt understand why they wouldnt clean it they kept blaming it on the fact that I don't speak German so the cleaning lady didnt understand me when she came to the door...even though i explicitly explained to the reception that i would like my room to be cleaned any time between 10:00am and 9:00pm everyday...they didnt even apologize for this problem. I will never...

Lasst Blumen sprechen!
