Nice setting and surroundings BUT;||||1. The Standard Rooms are without an AC which at 34/35 Deg Cent is anything BUT pleasant. For a||2. We found that the Room we booked was without an AC. To have a Rrom with AC We had to pay and extra €27 per night. Moreover the AC is centrally controlled and to change the temperature we had to ask Reception - during nightshift Receptionist was not authorized to do it!!||3. On one of the days at 16:00hrs we asked for a sandwich as room service. We were informed that it was NOT POSSIBLE as kitchen opens at 17:30hrs!!!!||4. The Hotel boasts of an outdoor pool. It is a glorified “Pond” and we expected to see Gold Fish in it!!! Murky and Green!!!||5. Hotel Slippers and Gowns that we always find as standard in 4-Star Hotels that have a pool and/or SPA, had to be paid for as well - €4 daily for the Gowns and €1.50 to buy a pair of slippers. UNBELIEVABLE!!!||6. The “Do Not Disturb” card was nowhere to be found.||7. TV had no English or Italian Channels.||8. Jad a tiny bathroom in the first room without AC.||||We have been in some 3-Star Hotels that had all the above items/services as standard.||In my humble opinion this is why I cannot understand how this Hotel has been categorised as a Four Star.||||DEFINITELY NOT...

This is an extremely nice hotel with an adjacent new block of very modern and stylish rooms. We received a warm welcome on arrival and our room or rather rooms in the new block were excellent. Our room was on three floors, an entrance hall with very nice bathroom, wardrobes etc. you then went up a few steps into a small sitting room with a television and fridge which was well stocked. You then went up a further flight of stairs to the bedroom. This would not be an ideal room if you were a little inferm or had to get up in the night! Our one criticism is that there was no air conditioning, the fan in the ceiling of the bedroom squeaked and if was very hot. There are other rooms on one level.||The hotel was extremely clean.||||We had an excellent dinner and breakfast the next morning was one of the best I've had in a hotel in a long time. Worst hotel in my life because of this, When I paying the hotel bills, receptionist ( she is the owner of this hotel) added bill details with paided bills also. If ask her, she is blabbering the and not answering our questions and simply tells we not cheated.. In this hotel, if we not recommend the room cleaning, they will provide complementary coupons and we can use it for some snacks or beers at private trust bar. During checkout, I have 8 coupons and asked receptionist what I do, her said don't use because you checked-out the room and suddenly pulled out the all cards from me.
