The hotel is not friendly to large groups and travel agencies.
The hotel prefers private cars only!
The large parking lot for the hotel's clients is completely empty and on the hotel parking is only from two to five cars of the hotel employees here, coaches for travel agency are kicked out of the empty hotel parking lot and are not allowed to park at the hotel parking!!!
Buses have to park in distant streets where there are parking restrictions or places only reserved spaces for the cars of clients of shopping centers.
On a working days there are no free parking places for a coaches anywhere on the streets, because it is a shopping area all around and there are many cars!!! Buses are not allowed to park safety and under the surveillance of cameras in the reserved hotel parking lot, and there is a risk of bus robbery on the street at night and loss of personal belongings of travel agency clients, if the bus has to park a few kilometers from the hotel in dark streets!!!
And the bus driver for travel agency has to take a taxi to the hotel or must go walk in the rain several kilometers to the hotel from the bus. And in the morning the bus driver for travel agency has to go far again for the coach by taxi or long way go to walk.
At the reception, the bus driver for travel agency must sign that he agrees to this regulation of the hotel management and the hotel staff is not friendly to the tour...

The room was booked a week before our travel date with a request of a baby cot. A day before our stay the hotel contacted us informing that they are out of baby cots. We already couldn't cancel the hotel, firstly because we would loose 90% of the one night stay price and secondly, no other nearby hotel had a room for 4. It was a stress for us because if a toddler could sleep with us, we couldn't put the baby in our bed. We had to run to a shop, buy a cot and tell them that we will bring our own cot with us. This is a result of a bad planning which can be result extra stress to traveling parents. The room was very packed with extra furniture that a family would never need. However, the reception was abysmal. Firstly, the reception did not answer telephone calls. Room service informed us that reception staff tend to be too busy to answer calls. Room service handled our request promptly. Secondly, we discovered a shirtless man wandering around the corridor one morning. We informed the lady at the reception of this, and she informed us that he had already gone into his room. This was difficult to believe since hardly ten seconds had passed between us seeing him on the first floor and us reporting the incident to the reception.
