I booked a room as a walk in guest. ||||The hotel is a no frills very basic accommodation much the same as others you will find in Ghana. The room was sold at a very reasonable price and it was clean. I was thankful that there was air-conditioning and a fridge though, I didn't get round to using the fridge as there was a large opened air eatery place across the road. ||||The staff are extremely friendly and I spent the best part of my first hour talking to the guy on the day shift, and a couple of hours whilst using the wifi, talking to the one on the evening shift. The wifi is not great...but neither is most that I came across in Ghana. ||||Later that night there was a live band at the eatery place across the road and people made an effort to dress up for a night out. ||||I was rather surprised that along with the cheap room price came breakfast which set me up...
Read moreI arrived only to find out that my booking was nowhere to be found. they have to computers at the desk to track bookings. The issue was resolved after I spoke to my agent and I was given a room. The hot water system is vert poor. The intercom and wifi never worked. I had to go down stairs every morning for them to turn on the water pump so I can take my shower. |The was no restaurant so breakfast is served in the room (cold hard sugar bread with fried egg.) the TV had only two stations. Their so called gym has only a non functional treadmill very disappointing. |The only advantage is that it's just by the main road. |I had a terrible stay and I'll never come back...
