This very small hotel is in an excellent position at Arta town. In front of their door is the main market road for this town. In a minute walk [the most] you have banks, shops, restaurants, super markets, kiosks, cafes and everything you need during your stay. The rooms are recently restored, in a fine condition and very very clean. But this gold at the owners' hands could turn to dust easily, since they miss some small but not quite minor points, such as: no receptionist [ok there is a ip-cam, but is this enough?], no hair dryer, no chair or stool, you have to ask for the wifi password [it could be pre-printed in a label, that simple], no hook for the towels at the wc, no towel for the feet at the wc, 1 burned light bulb, no refrigerator / mini bar [in my case this is not a necessity], no breakfast [that's why the low price, but how much difficult is to have a kettle / boiler and some coffee sacks at each room for your guests?], no glass to drink some water [all those have to do with the room I stayed, so I can not tell about the rest rooms]. Since the hotel is in the heart of Arta city, it is almost impossible to find parking for your car [after 2 turns I was lucky to find one]. I had a short talk with the owner on my departure, pointing to him the above issues and he was very polite and open minded / positive about all those little things I mentioned to him. He told me that he has already asked from the local municipality for 4 hotel parking positions right beside his front door and he is expecting to have them by Jan.2020. I believe that they will fix all the above issues very soon, because he seemed very interested and positive to provide a solution. Whenever the parking issue is solved, I will certainly stay again [I travel...
Read moreThe room I stayed in was newly renovated. Best thing was the double glaze windows to block out almost all noise from outside. Location is great. Unless you have a car then you need to find parking. It’s situated at the beginning of the walking street. The building is still Old even though almost everything looks new. It’s a small room. Like most cheaper girls in Greece the shower works as a hose - no wall attachment. People very friendly smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. Nice cares downstairs. Prices in Arta for hotels are very inflated and this was the cheapest place...
