Kiprianos studios — Hotel in Istiaia-Aidipsos Municipality

The owners are friendly, they are not strenuous and you almost don't notice them which is really cool but if you need something you can contact them and they will help you. Also hot water is not always available. The apartments are poorly cleaned, the towels are torn, the pillows are very bad and the mattresses are uncomfortable. Honestly they are not expensive things and I should change them from time to time especially the bathroom curtain which is really not an expensive investment. Painting is not the only thing that is done in preparation for the new season. I'm sorry, I wouldn't come back here again although the location is great for me and I think this villa can have a good perspective if they try hard enough. The room was not property cleaned. The bathroom had hairs in the shower and there was dirt in all corners as it was not properly cleaned for quite some time. The sheets and the pillow had spots and I had to ask for change while the white towels were not white and had yellow spots and seem like they were not properly cleaned. The staff was very polite and willing to help but the matter of hygiene is non-negotiable regardless of the stars of the hotel or any other reason. Cleanliness is what makes the hosts feel comfortable and welcomed during their vacation and thus, it should be the number priority for improvement...

Pet friendly. 👍 Good for short stay in the price point of view. No amenities in the bathroom, no breakfast or any other meal. No option for drink or food in the hotel In general. There is no parking, only on the street around the hotel but in August is pretty busy. Clean room but very basic, the bed is pretty much uncomfortable.
