First of all I’d like to say that everyone working at Emily’s and Bakalis was very kind, helpful, and solution oriented. With our holiday starting with a four hours delayed arrival at SKG, an alternative solution for our transport to Pefkochori was found within 15 minutes. When my wife fell sick, someone brought us cutlery, plates, and honey to our room. When we asked for sun beds at the beach, they were made available to us a few days later. The downside? We actually had to ask for a lot of things that were advertised as included. There were no sun beds at first. There were no bathrobes. There is no fully stocked kitchenette with the Sea View Suite, even though it is listed on the homepage, and it was one of the reasons we booked this room. There’s actually no functioning kitchenette at all. The terrace I asked about before booking didn’t exist for the kind of suite we booked. The door to our room didn’t close properly, so after a few days we got a key instead of the usual key card. Let’s come back to the positive things though: The bed is one of the best I ever had at a hotel. I tend to struggle with hotel beds, but I had a week of good sleep in this one. The balcony, while having a bit of a mixed view and no sun at all, has absolute privacy, which I appreciated. The jacuzzi is pure bliss at the start and the end of the day. (Unfortunately it also makes a lot of noise most of the time.) The daily service kept everything clean and provided fresh towels and even bedding as needed. The automated curtains keep out the light during the night and allowed for a morning view of the sea while still lounging in bed. Speaking of the sea: You practically step out of the hotel and onto the beach within less than a hundred metres. This being off-season, the beach was never crowded, the water clear and blue. Bring your snorkelling gear, because there’s fish and octopuses to be seen. This leaves the food: We booked our room with breakfast included and we never left the table hungry. Every morning our table was laden with plates after plates: bread, sweet and savoury pastries, feta, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, cold cuts, sliced cheese, sweet spreads, fruit, some sort of pudding (e.g. cake, halva), hard boiled eggs (with freshly made egg dishes being an option), water, juice, coffee or tea. We actually only had two meals a day, because if there’s one thing one chooses to compliment Greeks on, it’s their hospitality and generosity at the table. All in all we had a relaxing week at Emily’s Luxury Suites and that was what we planned on. Just don’t expect too much luxury and communicate your needs if something is amiss.

We stayed at Emily’s Luxury Suites for 3 nights and 4 days. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are very attentive and friendly. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day, and on the second day even the bed sheets were changed. The beds are very comfortable, and our jacuzzi room was perfectly clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is served at the adjacent Bakalis Restaurant, which was delightful. We also had our first dinner at Bakalis; the food, service, and atmosphere were truly excellent. The location is right in the center of everything, and you can literally step out and be in the sea in one step. Both the hotel and Bakalis exceeded our expectations — highly recommended!

The room was great. Very modern, big, clean, with smarthome, coffee maker, water, fridge, hairdryer.... The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was squeaky clean, modern, with big shower. The terrace has a table, 2 chairs and also a place to dry your clothes. The hotel was on the beach and we had free sunbeads and beach umbrella who were reservated for us until 11h every day. You coud take extra drinks on the beach, they were not included, but the drinks were optional and are cheaper than on other parts of the beach (we checked). The breakfast was also included and it was delicious. And the absolute Highlight was the young girl who works on the reception, who is the nicest, most wonderful and hardworking person i have ever met. She took care of every our need (rent a car- kind of last minute decision- was not a problem, we got it cheaper than in the local rent a car service, it was delivered to us at the hotel and we could returne it at Thessaloniki airport; we didn't have beach umbrella on our terrace- it was there 5 minutes after we asked for it; safe in our room didn't have battery- we had a key in an instance...and so on and so forth). She is really the best accet of the place. If i could've given her 10 stars, i would've. I cannot recommend the place enough. There is also a voucher- 10% discount if you come...

Staying at Emily’s Luxury Suites was an experience beyond any expectation — and I want to sincerely thank everyone on the team for making our holiday simply amazing.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding — the team even made it possible for us to check in early, so we could begin enjoying our holiday straight away. A very special thank you to Alexandra, whose warm care and attention to detail made our stay perfect. She went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t have to worry about anything — just relax and enjoy.

The hotel itself is just steps away from the beach, offering beautiful, comfortable rooms right above one of the best restaurants in all of Pefkochori — Bakalis (which I highly recommend!). The atmosphere, cleanliness, location, and especially the kindness of the people here all combined to create one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had anywhere in the world.

If you’re searching for that rare place where everything is done with heart, and you leave feeling both relaxed and grateful — Emily’s Luxury Suites is where you want to be. I won’t just recommend it — I will return here any chance I get. Huge thanks again to the entire team for making our holiday...
