First of all communication with staff is almost impossible, they replay messages through Booking after one day, we had problem contacting them to check in because there is nobody on the spot, just key locker with combination lock, but we didn't get paskey through Booking, they only have landline phone number and we as tourists don't have Greek cellphone to contact them, so I searched online for their site and found cellphone numbers and tried to call them through Viber, after no answer I messaged them and after 40 minutes they replayed on viber and later send me combination to unlock locker and to take key from room,, then we entered room that was smelling awkward, we opened windows but nothing changed, I opened kitchen cabinets to take glass to drink water when suddenly discussing smell hit me from the sink. Few minutes later I was unpacking my stuff on the bed when I noticed something black on the wall by the bed, I moved bed few cm from wall and saw whole lower section of that wall was black from mould, after better look is saw that even bed frames had mould, and they were swollen from moisture (I have photos). There was no common sense to staying in that room, especially because my girlfriend has mould and dust allergy. Then again started agony of communicating with host, after an hour they suggested us to take another room with "garden view". Because it was already late and we didn't had any other choices we accepted, that room was on top of the restaurant kitchen, what we found out as soon as we opened window, all smells and fumes from cooking entered our room. We closed window, unpacked our stuff and finally went to take a shower but then ee had new surpise, no hot water in bathroom or in the kitchen, then we again contacted host but with no reply, after 24 hours we got hot water, but nobody showed up to help us, just messaged us to find fuse box and to lift up fuse for...
Read moreThe only thing this place has going is it's location - for the rest, it is an absolute disaster! No one can be reached on the phone to address any of the problems and if you are lucky to bump into someone from the hospitality management company they do not do anything about it.
A group of us arrived and occupied 3 rooms in the hotel. Rooms 1,7 and 8. Room 7 didn't have a toilet seat (apparently broken last week and can only be replaced the week after, according to the property manager I had the pleasure of interacting with). The flush of the toilet was going all the time, so one had to unscrew the top to manually adjust the water from overflowing - every damn time you had to flush.
Room 7 did not have the AC working, highly unpleasant at 30+ degrees, on our first day. Our weather forecast turned, the temperature dropped to 20 and we had loads of rain, so that was not too essential in the end.
There was no hot water in any of the rooms. Which at 20 degrees outside and rain is not great, especially with a 2 year old. Allegedly they were going to send an engineer, that never happened. So we are still to have hot water.
Room 8 got flooded by the rain. The interior wall simply got soaked and there was a huge puddle on the floor.
No one addressed any of our issues. The only thing we heard was "thank you for letting us know". You'll be better off picking one of the many other hotels in...
Read moreVery disappointing experience with Blue Flag, Nilie Hospitality MGMT. Communication with the host was terrible from the start. The apartment was not clean on arrival, there was a bad smell on the balcony, and no cleaner came during my stay. The dining table had no chairs, and even though I asked, nothing was ever provided. There was also no Wi-Fi, and despite requesting several times for it to be fixed, nothing was done. Overall, none of my issues were addressed, and the service was extremely poor. I do not recommend staying with Blue Flag, Nilie...
