Both of them were EXTREMELY sweaty, you could clearly see and feel a lot of sweat on them, what did the owner said? Ah, the remote is not working, take this one.||Second night (because during day time we weren't so much in the "hotel".||It was absolutely impossible to sleep. At 00:00 finally the small kid fall asleep, after 3 showers, and unbearable heat, what I was doing at 3:00 in the morning? I went down to the reception because there were 38 Celsius in the room! (2 kids, 2 adults in a tiny room, you can imagine) downstairs was a man who speak absolutely nothing, no English, no German, I try to explain, in gestures, he comes to the room, Stay for 3 minutes buttoning the remote, he rise shoulders and he leaves, saying and doing absolutely nothing. What choices did I have? Only to go outside, were are thousands of mosquitoes who bite soooo harsh, and is so ichy, I bought 2 different sprays without results (just to be aware of that, they get sooo big, the bites are crazy) took the baby, wrapped in a thin material and stayd outside, for 2 hours so she can sleep whiteout wetting everything and getting sticky to anything. Good... Second night endet... My husband goes to the reception... At 8 in the morning, that's when the kid started to get an extremely high body temperature... That is not human to pay for air-conditioning and to receive absolutely nothing! They call "tehnica".. After 1 hour they came... They look, check, and they say they'll come back in 1 hour again.... Now is 18 :30..the baby was in the room all day with the father because She was so tired she was unable to be calm.... I go down..... - What happens now?? - a... They said they will come in 1 hour..... That was in the morning!- Aw.... Then... Take this fan...........||Good....~19, tehnica come... Stays 15 min Yes so, is absolutely broken with no possibility to fix it.He goes down, he says this to the owner, and asks if they can show him what he can order of he want,Owner respons? - no, I don't need it.||So, no air-conditioning just a dusty fan.||Other day?||Hey! It's your hotel full? How is your day?||Owner - ah, we only have you, (more than 8 people) BUT tonight will come 4 people from Serbia with Corona and I'll put them to the first floor (there was my family's friend with a small kid... In the floor with the same people with Corona..) how is this even possible? Don't forget, with absolutely no restrictions whatsoever, go to pool, buffet, dining area, doesn't matter, doesn't care.||You are NOT allowed under any circumstances to buy your drinks from anywhere other than the hotel! (it's not written anywhere, he will angrily tell you, and look down at you for doing such disgrace) and he only sells expensive, mini drinks!||You are allowed only to STAY in the pool.||No swimming||No jumping||No "loud" talking||Don't splash the water to make noise||Only allowed from 18-22 and 2 hours in the morning||The breakfast, personally was not worth it, to have some sweaty cheese, salami, a few slices of toast ham, some stale bread, few olives, and basically nothing enjoying for eyes or stomach, why? Because they were seating on the bar.... In the heat God knows since when I mean I understand is 5 euro but I think the cats outside eat a little better than that "breakfast" (2 tomato for 4 adults and 3 kids, half a cucumber, boiled eggs, 2 white creams that again, were seating on that bar, in the heat, 2 tipes of cereal, warm/cold milk, "coffee", tee, butter and jam... You might think, omg, what does she want???.... They were warm,The food,That you take from the fridge,Was warm and sweaty. Save yourself the trouble, but a frappe 1,5 or a hot coffee/tee + 1Greek patiserie (there are 2 of them, both 3-5 min from hotel)...

I've just returned from a week in Europa hotel in Olympic Beach, (Olympiaki Akti) in Pieria, Greece and I would like to share my impressions in order that you find a better place for your holiday there, and believe me there are many better places.||LOCATION: The hotel is located on the main road to Katerini. Which, of course, makes it quite noisy. I asked the tour agent if it is noisy or not and they assured me that it was very peaceful and quite. No way! I wanted not to use air-conditioner (I don't like air-conditioners) but the endless roar of cars, buses and motos forced me to do so if I wanted to get some sleep at night. ||HYGIENE: At extremely low level. When we moved in and the room was having a "clean room" leaflet on it, we saw so much dust and litter and hair and even pills under the beds! The bathroom was not cleaned at all - the shower area was full of sand and hair - not typical for a "just cleaned bathroom", huh? Some of the other tourists asked for mobs to clean the bathrooms themselves and the stuff just advised them to "take it easy" (?!) The linen was changed once during our stay there and the bathroom remained as dirty as it was.||AIR-CONDITIONER: It turned out that the manager of the hotel charges the guests for the air-conditioner depending on where they come from - if you come from one country you may be asked to pay the doubled fee for another country's residents. Yet, not receiving any kind of receipt for the money you've given.||THE APPLIANCES: The shower in our room was broken and despite my efforts to have it fixed it remained so till the end of our holiday. The first day the manager promised that he'll fix it in two days. And on the third day when I asked him again, he said that probably it won't get fixed until I am there. And all he had to do was to change a small thing, which I could have done myself if I had the utilities.||The air-conditioner was quite old, so when you switch it off it smelled awfully for a couple of minutes.||The sewage was not very reliable and you cannot take a shower if any of your neighbors is taking one too. The water suddenly stopped, or changed from icy to hot.||THE STAFF: The manager tried to be polite, sometimes, though he didn't actually do what he was there for. The rest was always angry at something, we never saw a smile.||THE FOOD: Extremely poor breakfast - bread, yellow cheese and 1 type of salami, and some cornflakes and jam. And for 2 days we were lucky enough to get eggs if we were among the first ones to go to breakfast. Ah, and i forgot the cake - sometimes we had cake too. The coffee was tasteless. And the orange juice was orange juice + water, turning into a yellow tasteless substance.||THE SWIMMING POOL: Very small one. I didn't use it.||THE ADVANTAGE: Very nice terrace with vineyard trees.||In short, I would never go back there again, taking in mind that there are much better hotels for the same money in...

Хотелось бы написать как хорошие так и плохие моменты этого отеля. Что по радовало так это персонал, очень приветливый и хороший. На этом из хорошего все.. Что по плохому, постельное за неделю у нас поменяли 1 раз, полотенце так же, 1 раз. Номер сам по сибе не большой, есть кровать, трюмо, холодильник, шкаф, телевизор. Ванная комната:душ со шторками, туалет, раковина. Есть как и горячая так и холодная вода. Несколько ОГРОМНЫХ минусув. МИНУС 1 Если вы хотите что бы в номере было прохладно, платите отдельно за пульт от кондиционера, цена 5€ за сутки !!!! Вы где-то такое слышали? Я плачу за номер, ещё и отдельно должен платить за пульт, просто нонсенс!!!! Что косается тв, работает только один канал. Всё остальные каналы заблокированы. Не узнавал, но скорее всего тоже нужно платить, если хотите смотреть что то больше. МИНУС 2 Случилось так что мне понадобился кипяток, пришёл на бар и мне просто тупо отказали в кипятке! Мол, мы не делаем кипяток. Я объяснил что мне нужно выпить лекарство, и нужен кипяток, но что хозяин отеля просто взбесился, я ему указал на чайник, который стоял на баре и сказал делайте. Через большой псих он таки поставил его. Побывав в многих странах и отелях, никогда небыло проблем с кипятком. Так что, если едите в этот отель, берите кипятильник. МИНУС 3 Завтраки просто отвратительные, каждый день одно и тоже. Яйца отварные, хлеб, колбоса, сыр, йогурт,мюсли с разбавленым молоком, кекс, огурец и кофе. И это все изо дня в день.

Пляж находится в 300м.Довольно не плохой, но мне не повезло, на пляже все время были водоросли. А так норм.

Вывод для меня сложился не очень приятный, хозяин хам, еда не вкусная, обдираловка на каждом углу. Больше в этот...
