Hotel Oasis — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

We stayed for three night arriving quite late in the evening, they waited for us to let us check in.||||My room was clean, basic, but adequate. I was staying as a single. The room had two single beds, TV, air con, fridge, balcony with two chairs and an an electric plug in insect repellent. The bathroom had a shower. Note: the room had no kettle.||||I had a distance sea view over the hotels olive trees looking towards Chania. There was ample free car parking outside. ||||Free WiFi was included.||||Breakfast was continental. It was Okay. We also tried an evening meal which was moussaka, which he all liked.||||Next to the pool was a small bar. It was quite pleasant either sitting at the bar or next to the pool drinking a beer after a long day exploring. It closed quite early. They only had two beers in bottles Amstel and Mythos. So not a great choice, but It didn't stop us. On the second day they gave us all a free drink. ||||The owners and staff were all friendly.||||Its on the edges of Chania about 40 minutes walk from the centre. There is a nice restaurant about 10 minutes walk away on Elefthherias Road which was popular...

After having visited the pool bar and pool area 4-5 times within 2018 summer, I think they should consider changing their behavior towards costumers and especially kids... Unacceptable... And that didn't happen once or twice... If they don't want families, they should mention at the entrance. If they don't want kids at the pool area, they should mention in advance. If they want to make an observation, feel free, but to the adults NOT to the children... And we are talking about kids who weren't disturbing anyone nor being noisy. They just wanted them to be at the kids pool doing nothing (probably because they didn't have a lifeguard), although the oldest was 15yrs old and take the orders from the beggining. THEY MUST NOT EAT OR DRINK anything before and certainly prefer our drinks cold under a burning sun (30°-35° C). Giving them the benefit of the doubt too many times, is probably...

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The only words to describe the guest house was WOW! We were lucky enough to stay in the older building and the whole place took ur breath away. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable with every thing you need. Shower was small but very hot and powerful. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. Pool area was stunning and a good size with plenty table/chairs and sun loungers. The bar is lovely and they make amazing fruit punches.|Breakfast is very traditional and really good. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble.
