Oniros Residences — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

I don’t even know where to begin with this hotel. All employees were so kind and patient with my large family group and this was greatly needed after 2 days of long traveling that included many cancelled flights and long restless nights . A little back story we were supposed to board a cruise in Rome but due to late arrivals from our flight company we missed the departure and had to catch the next stop in Chania. We went almost three days without proper food, clothes or beds to sleep in, but the second I walked into the lobby I felt relieved and finally was able to be at peace because we were treated so well. The receptionist was very fast when checking us in and she was so helpful and getting to know the area. Once we got to our rooms everything was set up so nice and this hotel was very luxurious and the view from our balcony was phenomenal. Everything was clean and I have to admit that I took the best shower of my entire life in the bathrooms. I truly from the bottom of my heart cannot thank this place enough especially the man who drove us from the hotel to the dock to where we boarded our cruise and did not charge us anything. I’m sorry that I don’t know your name but you have a heart of gold and I’m grateful that you were patient and helped us bring our 15 luggage’s to the dock 😅. We just returned from a 4 night stay here, our first visit to this property and to Crete. We wanted to be near the port and this hotel was located directly across from the port. Everything was spotlessly clean, very nicely appointed, comfortable. The staff, particularly Alexandros at the front desk, were all very attentive and pleasant and we felt they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable, clean, quiet, and with many nice touches, including a Nespresso machine and coffee, good assortment of toiletries, and plush bathrobes. Lots of storage for clothes too and personal items, too. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was great, including fresh orange juice each morning, Nespresso coffee, and quite a nice variety of offerings, including pastries, grilled vegetables, salads, eggs, cold cuts, cereals and fruits. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant a couple of times also, and the variety, preparation, quality, and service were all very good. We were pleased with the gated private parking for our hired car, available at no additional charge. We booked this place last week as we visit Chania 5 times a year.my wife suggest me to avoid city center as it is always crowdy and there is no place to park.we deside to choose this place finally as it seems luxury and meet our needs.it was the valentines day and....Ohhhhh,we ve been supriced from the facilities offered,the manager arrange for us a welcome surprice fir the valentines day with a rose campagne and a stylish handmade cake.if you think that you have ever stay in a luxury room you have to reconsider.the bathroom was splitted in three areas,shower room,sink and toilet in a separate room with bidet.the bed was a poem while the room amenities was more than normal...there is also a playstation available with Vr!we order a room service some food and we enjoy a tasteful club sandwich and a chicken fillet (both was delicious).there is a free parking place in a private area beside the entrance there is free use od gym and jacuzzi for all residences and all these free of charge and lot more.long story short,we will come back again and we have reconsider what a luxury room means once we visit your suites guys.||Thank you for the nice stay we will come...
