Naftilos Residences — Hotel in Municipality of Eastern Samos

Magnificent! A hidden pearl in Samos. Would definitely come for another visit some other day. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice living room and good large kitchen. Tools for making food is great and a large fridge for everything. A little local store nearby and a huge Lidl, just 11 mins away in car. Private beach and private parking space. I've got nothing bad to say about this place. Be I'm mind though. That there could be other kids, as you share the beach and the porch (separately) with other families. Very clean. Very nice, great beds :) We had a 1,5 year old girl with us, the bed was prepared just perfectly.

Editted // First i gave it 5 stars, but I am missing a lot of kitchen tools to make food here. Like the oven, there is no plates - which makes no sense and is required to use the oven. Also there is only one pan and one pot. I rated it 4 stars from 5, because I am missing some things to make it fully...

We really enjoyed our stay at Naftilos Residences! The owner is really helpful and easily reachable. She also gave us tips and answered our questions about Samos. The cleaning lady is very friendly and cleaned our bathroom, when we asked for it. The location is also perfect, as the apartment is really close to Pythagorion. Having said that, there are possible areas of improvement, such as the insufficient amount of coat hangers. Also, there are no fly nets on windows, so we had to turn the AC on and close the windows, even if the weather was perfect outside. Bathroom could be better as well, as there was no shower caddy and there was a problem with the drainage...

Μείναμε όλο τον μήνα Σεπτέμβριο,με την δίχρονη κορούλα μας και δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα.. οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ εξυπηρετικοι φρόντισαν να νιώθουμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Ότι ζητήσαμε μας το παρείχαν. Πολύ βολικό σημείο, δίπλα σε δύο beach bar με πρόχειρο φαγητό...σε δέκα λεπτά έχει μίνι μάρκετ...μην περιμένετε πολλά και υπολογίστε ένα 20% πάνω σε όλα τα είδη!!!,😕 Όμως απολαμβάνεις την βόλτα δίπλα στην θάλασσα... μπορείτε να προμηθευτείτε τα πάντα από το σούπερ μάρκετ σε 5λεπτα με το αμάξι... Τα στούντιο με πολύ σύγχρονη διακόσμηση , πολύ άνετα και πεντακάθαρα... πλήρως εξοπλισμένα ακόμα και φούρνος... κάποια και με πλυντήριο πιάτων!! το μόνο λίγο άβολο.. ότι εμείς δεν είχαμε σχεδόν καθόλου πάγκο στην κουζίνα..(αν μείνεις λίγο διάστημα δε σου κάνει καμία αίσθηση)... ίσως πρέπει να γίνει μια προέκταση... επίσης λίγο αρνητικό.. ότι δεν υπάρχει ηλιακός θερμοσίφωνας καί τό νερό, αν έχει λίγο ψυχρά έξω...σ αφήνει στη μέση!!! Ο ύπνος όμως... εξαιρετικός... απόλαυση να σε νανουριζει ο ήχος της θάλασσας το βράδυ... Προτείνω στην επόμενη ανακαίνιση.. σκούρα στορια στον χώρο τών υπνοδωματιων γιατί ξυπνάς από τίς 6😨 Η θάλασσα μπροστά με λίγο βότσαλο και άμμο στο ένα μέτρο και πεντακάθαρη.. ισως θέλει λίγο περιποίηση η παραλία αλλά η κυρία Ειρήνη που φροντίζει τα διαμερίσματα..φροντιζει να είναι όλα πεντακάθαρα... Το σίγουρο είναι ότι βοηθήσατε να έχουμε μία υπέροχη διαμονή... σάς ευχαριστούμε για...
