Chapter 02 Gallery Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Heraklion

Excellent location, we had six of us stay here, it was just for a few hours overnight before our flight out early the next morning. Walking distance to a great restaurant and bakery. Enjoyed a little walk around the neighborhood. Bathroom in lobby helped with six people sharing one bathroom. Nice beds, etc. When we arrived, (and having booked for six people) there were only four towels in the unit. We messaged them, and they always responded quickly, but it was too late to bring us more towels (we arrived around 4pm). That was disappointing. We had the pleasure of staying at Kiki GD suite, it was an exceptional experience. From the very beginning, Kiki was extremely pleasant, professional, and courteous. She provided all necessary details in an organized manner directly to my phone in the early hours of the morning, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free.

When we arrived, we were amazed by the suite. It was stunning, impeccably clean, beautifully designed, well-organized, and incredibly spacious.
