Europa Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Kastoria

We stayed in Europa hotel in Kastoria just after the Christmas and here are my findings:||• good location, on top of a hill, just few minutes walking from the centre;||• quite clean the rooms, although modest furbished;||• extremely bad to no kind of view from our room, please see the pictures attached;||• poor breakfast and the breakfast room downatairs didn't have any window..;||• very noisy the period we stayed in; there were many families with 8-14 years kids and while the parents were enjoying their coffees in the lobby, the kids were playing in the halls and slapping the doors, screaming, no way to get some rest..||• overall, I would only recommend this hotel if you are in a desperate need for a decent accomodation close to the centre of Kastoria; otherwise, you might find better for this money.||||Ps: we've ended up here because we've decided to visit Kastoria just some days before and all the hotels were fully booked due to the...

I had big expectations but then the little things made me give it only 3 stars..|First was that one of the main reasons that we booked this hotel was that it stated that it has parking, after arriving and parking in front of the hotel on their reserved spot, but after checking in they informed us to move the motorcycles from that spot and park somewhere on the street (but there were no spots available), I told them that, and that we chosen their hotel because it stated that they have parking, then the receptionist made a call and told us that we can leave the bikes there.|The second thing is that the room was full of some little bugs.. |But despite that two problems the hotel is...

I had visited the hotel Europa in Kastoria during Christmas holidays period.The hotel located in the centre of town close to the market ,to the lake , to the monuments , to the museums and to the public services buildings .It has clean and well decorated public areas, clean ,comfortable and well decorated rooms.The building and its equipment its on good condition , the structure it has been renovated .Near to the hotel located a parking.The breakfast was tasteful ,it has big variety ,also you can taste local Macedonian pies .The staff was very helpfull and kind.The atmosphere was warm and hospitable .
