Horrible situation of the room. Owner thinks he has everything shorted out but he is clueless. Great location not utilized. Broken bathroom door; dead plant, new lights with the labels still hanging(I mean nobody bloddy bothered to just cut them off), advertised as restaurant with cretan cuisine, is nothing as such. The chef was not there so they couldn't cook, then the room attendant had a day off so they couldn't clean the room. Beautiful terrace that you couldn't sit cause it had no umbrella, broken sun beds, dirty beach with guest litter they did not bother to clean, rusty wet clothes hanger no pegs of course. Not even 2 same plates or glasses in the room. Bored waiter/ barista, only cared for his friends. Simply a big fat NO!

I am really in a conflict to value this hotel. First of all the people are really nice and tried hard to comfort us. If you don't have a car, it will be complicated to stay there. But it was like the Hotel isn't really open now. The entrance area looked a bit messy, the tables were spread with diffrent things, there were bikes and stuff you don't know who it belong to. We get an upgrade, that was really nice. It's directly at the beach and has a good sizes pool. The breakfast was okay, we definetly had better ones on our vacation. The prices was really good. Maybe it needs a few more customers and it will be more routine for the people who work there.

We arrived at the Hotel and were already surprised by the fact that we there was a Hotel instead of an Air BnB apartment. Entering the hotel we have noticed that the place was totally empty, like a haunted house. Also the neighborhood was very abandoned, on the right hand side stood a old factory ruin which made a scary impression. We felt quite uncomfortable entering the hotel because there was nobody welcoming us! Our room seemed to be okay at the first glance but we quickly noticed that it wasn’t clean and there were either chairs nor a table at the terrace to sit on. The terrace was also dirty. The atmosphere wasn’t nice at all that’s why we have decided to leave the place even though the view of the sea was nice (apart from the dirty pool in front of the hotel). The stuff seemed to be very kind and friendly in the beginning but unfortunately nobody made an attempt to find a solution for this horrible situation. We are very very...

I have been to Mesogios hotel for a week with my parter, and it was just amazing! The location is such peaceful and you have a private beach just in front of the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t included but for us was very convenient to wake up and eat in front of the sea, having every morning a really good cup of coffee and food! |But what made our experience so beautiful it was the staff of the hotel! Particularly to meet Iro. Where to start? Iro has been since the first day very sweet and welcoming, giving us precious advice about what to do and how. Also we loved to have every morning funny chat with her talking about everything! She make us feel at home and we will never forget her! We miss her already! ||If you are looking for a quiet place and well connected, this is the...
