What we really liked: Resort very well maintained and in good shape, beautiful gardens, rooms are very modern, claen (good housekeeping) and almost fresh renovated, bed comfortable, air condition not too noisy and all windows equipped with fly-net to keep Moskito outside. Food good variety and high hygienic standards. Fresh Fruits are delicious, had the best peach of the year here. 4 very nice pools. Empty fridge in the room and mini market in the Ressort. As water is limited in this part of the world: shower at min pressure, which is absolutely fine and enough to enjoy (just shows their ambition to use limited resources in a right way). Mini market gives bio degreadble bags instead of plastic.

Only a few things to improve (in my opinion): free coffee at breakfast is awful, never again. No coffee machine in the room. Even no still water complementary for dinner or in the room, guests need to pay (can't remember I have ever been in a hotel without at least one bottle of water complementary in the room). Safe: also to pay per day (€3, is this really needed for 4 stars?) Towels: only € 2,50 per entire stay with the right to change it up to 4 times but towel size is by far too small. Cocktails: expensive and honestly a disappointment (e.g. Pina Colada without cream, coconut only from syrup, more like a super sweet juice for € 7.50, normal price for 'fake" version....). Juices at breakfast: no real juices, tasted all artificial (made from syrup, too?), Fresh orange juice available but will be charged extra. Food is not spicy at all but at least you find some spices at the buffet to lift it up. Shower in the bathtub, you need to "climb" in. We had 2 separate beds, always moving apart.....king-size bed available? (would have been much better).

Overall, we would definitely recommend this Ressort, prices are fair and staff is very friendly and polite. Improvement comments, our recommendation: replace first the awfull free coffee and improve quality of Cocktails, reflecting better the ambition of this Ressort to be a 4 star rated one. We would have loved to sit in the evening at the bar enjoying our Cocktail but known quality kept us...

It is a big, clean, modern resort with a nice garden, seaview, beach bar, pools and amazing sunsets. The staff are very friendly and they take you to your room with golf cars. Our room was nice, big, clean, with confortable bed and a nice seaview.|There are 2 restaurants and 2 beach bars where you can get a snack. The hotel has 4 big pools, but it can be difficult to get a lounge at the pool if you are not there early in the morning. There is plenty of good food for breakfast and dinner, however there is too many people, so it can be difficult to find a table. |The restaurant closer to the reception is not that nice, it is older and overcrowded, the staff there are not very friendly and they even have a smoking area in the middle of the terrace. We preferred the restaurant on the hill. |The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so there is nothing to do except walking around the resort if you don’t have a car. However, the resort garden is very well kept.|There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, so using public transport is one option, but there are only a few buses a day. It is mostly German hotel, a lot of noisy German turists arriving with turist agency with big buses and even the menues in the hotel are in German. They can get very loud at the pool, throwing a ball and drinking.|The hotel doesn’t really have a Greek vibe.|You have to pay for towels and beach lunges.|The beach is quite windy and there are a lot of waves in the sea, the beach is not that nice...

There’s really nothing I can fault about this resort. |If you’re travelling with a young family and you are looking for sun and sea and evening entertainment then this is the place. If you’re looking to explore - you can book a tour, rent a car or get the bus to Kos town. However, if like us you’re travelling in the hottest part of summer and you want to stay put then you will love this resort. |Every member of staff we interacted with throughout the stay was the perfect balance of professional and friendly: from cleaning staff, bar and restaurant staff to the entertainment team. |The whole place was well kept and pool facilities were plentiful. It wasn’t difficult to get sun loungers (although some guests appeared to secure a lounger and then disappear for the whole day which was a bit selfish) |The buffet was brilliant! A great selection at breakfast and dinner. |Evening entertainment was really good. The kids loved the disco every night and parents also got involved. There were some great shows on in the evening too.|The beach was lovely. If you don’t like the sand but enjoy a sea swim it’s easy to pop to the sea from your pool side. It can be choppy at times so children need to be supervised. There’s a surf hut on the beach if you want to try some activities. |I would definitely consider coming back...

I was considering giving 4 or even 5 stars as overall I am happy with the resort but one important minus is the room cleaning, which is very poor and shallow. There were still hairs from the previous guests on the bath, bathroom floor and various spots, very visible. Mirrors were not wiped for a long time, remote control was very sticky and dusty. Etc etc. Nothing has changed after the room cleaning next day. We have a little baby and put all the used diapers in a plastic bag, tied it up tightly and neatly to be picked up by the cleaning staff. In other hotels the message is clear and they do pick it up but not here. The resort is well maintained and huge but it does not feel overcrowded even during the peak season. There are multiple pools and restaurants, one of them being adult only. I did not get to try that one but I appreciate the concept for people that do not have children with them. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food did not disappoint either. Coffee at breakfast could be better, especially because the bars where you can buy good coffee are not open till 10. Not a big deal but it is difficult to find an English menu at the beach restaurant for lunch as everything is in German. Maybe time to print dual/triple language menu’s? :) I would consider coming back if the cleaning is improved.

I don't write reviews often, but I have to make an exception here. You can't choose a better hotel than this one. Key highlights: 1. The entire staff is helpful and kind, but really everyone. 2. Cleanliness. Not only the rooms, but the entire area is carefully maintained and tidy. 3. Food. Great. Selection, quality, freshness, local. Even though the area is larger, 3 restaurants ensure that there will be room for you in the morning and in the evening and you will feel comfortable. One of the restaurants is "adults only", which is nice for people who are not in the mood for children. 4. The beach is clean and large with wooden walkways. It costs 4 Euros per day for a sunbed (they accept credit cards). Sunbeds functional, new, comfortable. 5. Seaview means seaview here. 6. The resort is close to the airport (10 min), but outside the arrival and departure corridor, so you won't even notice the planes. 7. I would get to rent a car at a different rental company than the one at the hotel, which is more expensive. We chose Costas Car Rental and we were very satisfied - with the price, smooth communication and the car itself. 8. Waterpark right across the street. Don't hesitate. Thank you HBR!
