We have been visiting Kos now for over 18years. Myself and my wife travelled this year, for the first time, with two children in tow. Our 5month year old and 3 year old, as well as two parents and two 85 year old aunties. So being the trip organisers we hoped that the Villa would live up to our expectations. AND IT DID! The Villa was by far the nicest, cleanest Villa we have ever stayed-in, over all the years we have been to Kos before. The location is fantastic. A brisk walk into town and close proximity to Kos Town and car park. The hosts were very accommodating. Met us on arrival, arranged our luggage transfer from the airport, nothing was too much to ask. Even in the event of the electrics failing. We simply contacted the owner and an electrician arrived within 30minutes. Which despite Kos being known for the odd power-cut, as far as ‘Greek time’ goes, that was fantastic! Maria kept the Villa lovely and clean and was always on hand to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. The hosts also made sure that we had everything we needed for the children. The Villa is very well equipped. We could not recommend Villa Melia highly enough and will definitely be booking again sometime soon.

Thank you Kallia and Maria for looking after us during our stay:) Family of 9 with children, We had a 10 night stay at Villa Melia and we’re not disappointed at all. The Villa is fantastic and furnished to a high standard plus the pool area superb with an added bonus including a HOT TUB. Maria and Kallia were perfect hosts, we even had freshly baked biscuits and pastries for us on arrival and they were incredibly accommodating Thank you both! The views were lovely and we spent every evening watching the sun go down enjoying pre dinner drinks. This villa if you are looking for a comfortable, large and well equipped property in a nice quite location. Kos town is 5 mins drive away. Will definitely return again in the future.

A stunningly beautiful villa set in a quiet area a few minutes from Kos town. It had everything we needed to make our stay a wonderful experience. Very comfortable and well kept we couldn't fault it. Kallia was at hand should we need her and she was very helpful and met us on arrival although we had been delayed.

We stayed for 2 weeks in the lovely Melia Villa Kos. 4 adults and 4 kids ( kids aged 9 and 11 years) The booking process was very easy. Any questions were answered very promptly.

The Villa is very clean and modern, well equipped with everything we needed. There’s table football and a PlayStation for the kids. There was some food, drinks and wine for us when we arrived, which was a really nice gesture and very useful as we arrived on a Sunday and the supermarkets were closed.

Kallia met us at the villa to show us around and she was available during our stay to answer any questions.

Special thanks to Maria who looked after us all really well, she came in to clean, change towels and linen on several occasions. She also brought us cakes and pastries!

The pool and hot tub were also checked and cleaned regularly.

The pool isn’t heated, and the weather when we stayed wasn’t the greatest (end of May beginning of June) so the pool was pretty cold. Therefore we didn’t use the it as much as we’d of liked to. The hot tub got plenty of use instead though.

The Villa is in a semi rural area, next to an army base. (No noise or disturbance) Kos town is about a 30min walk away, or you can drive about 5 minutes to a carpark on the edge of the town and walk the rest. The closed decent sandy beach we found was Tigaki, which is about a 20min drive away. I’d definitely recommend hiring a car for your visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in Melia Villa and I highly...
