During our recent holiday, my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of dining at Serif multiple times, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were visiting old friends rather than dining out.
Serif offers an great menu that caters to all tastes. As vegetarians, we found plenty of delicious options to choose from, and I have no doubt that vegans would be equally satisfied. The prices were great especially for us as students. We just got multiple starters and were totally satisfied. Every dish was a hit. And half liter of wine starts at 5€!!!
However, what truly set Serif apart was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Ali and his wonderful wife. Their passion for what they do shines through in every interaction. As well as the other waitstuff, they took the time to chat with us, share invaluable tips about the island, and ensure that we had a good time. Their genuine kindness and enthusiasm made each visit a memorable experience.
If you find yourself in Kos or in the area, dining at Serif is an absolute must, especially if you enjoy being among the locals. With a car or bike, it's easy to reach– just a short drive up the hill.

Wir haben hier ein Sprichwort: Warum gibt es jemanden, dessen Namen ich nicht wissen möchte, der alles andere als höflich und ästhetisch ist, dessen Service langsam ist, der lange Haare hat, der inkompetent ist?
