We came here by accident, and at a very Dutch dinner time (17.15h),so the place was still empty. However, the oh so sweet chef took us to the kitchen to show what he had prepared. All these nice traditional dishes, made fresh, so nice. So, we took a bit of this and that, including this incredibly well prepared rabbit; flesh fell right off its bones, amazing! As this looked a bit too far out of reach for our kids, we asked for French fries for them. However, the chef didn't think that was right so he offered to make some souvlaki, and what do you know, they thought it was the best ever. So so tender, like the rabbit, you just can't believe it. Compared to what you get around Kos in the commercial area this is by far the best. And then came the bill, only 33.50 for 4 meals and drinks, how??!! Just go eat here, this man...
Read moreI am very sorry to discover this place too late! This is real home made food typically in Aegean Regio! Exactly: some Greens like Ocra stew (Bamia), Chickenpeas stew, Filled Zuchinni Flowers, Green Fasolada with some delicious rice accompanied.
This is very local dishes and not the touristic dished in your mind like souvlaki, gyros etc but real local food!
Due work we did take away. But you can also enjoy the food on the terrace. It is my second time. The first time I only took Filled green leaves with minced beef, omg it was so delicious!
