Blue Lagoon hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Malevizi

My experience at Blue lagoon was very disappointing and heart breaking. I'v traveled around the world and have never experienced a fast talker like this Greek man [I am Greek background too] We arrived late at night and all i wanted to do was to take a shower and go to bed,I turned on the water and waited for the hot water to come through but it never happened ,all i got was the sliding shower door falling on my toe. We confronted the owner and we told him what happened and he told us that the plumber had connected the taps the opposite way. He forgot to mention that when we arrived given that it was late at night so i believe him. The next day i wanted to have a shower and again no hot water, so we confront him again and he makes out that he cant believe whats happening to us, so we gave him an opportunity to fix things and he tells us give me an hour or so by this stage the electricity will kick in and you should be ok. I respond back so all this time there was no hot water because your counting your pennies and you could have resolved this issue. The same applied with the internet service he monitors what amount his customers can use. His apartment was very old and dirty with ants all over the place.So 2 days into our stay i requested to leave and he was ok about it, we organized a taxi to another hotel and he mentioned he was happy to to refund the balance of our stay but 3 months later we are still waiting. He is running a business on a shoe string budget. Be guarded about Blue lagoon, he can talk his way around to convince you what a fantastic place it is but i would never stay...

Booked the creton night at Blue Lagoon .. Tour line. TOTALLY MISSOLD.||||We were told creton night to include mezze starter with greek buffet .. dancer's, plate smashing, fire dancing, free wine beer and soft drinks.||||We were warned it was not close to our hotel.||||WHAT WE GOT.||||2hrs in the coach to get there.||||Mezze was piece of bread with olive oil, HALF a potato wedge and slice of cucumber||||Greek buffet was questionable. I have had lots of mezze and adore greek food. So I was very disappointed with what was provided. I couldn't identify anything.||||NO PLATE SMASHING||NO FIRE DANCING||DANCERS WERE NOT ALWAYS IN SYNC AND AT TIMES LOOKED LOST.||HAD TO PAY FOR BEER SOFT DRINKS AND TEAS||CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR 14year old and he couldn't drink alcohol.||||3 children just ate bread.||||2hr drive back to hotel||||We spent more time in coach than at...
