Yianna Caravel "by Checkin" Adults Only — Hotel in Municipality of Malevizi

I came to this fantastic hotel as single traveler, but would absolutely recommend for couples also!

This is one of those secret gateways everyone is looking for, you get best value and no surprises, right on the best part of the beach, perfect bade conditions.

Windsurfers just next too, you will see them play at the ocean all day. There is internet on beach and awesome service from the darling Coralli Beach Bar Restaurant, the restaurant has a big organic garden, you can order the most delicious fresh fruit, salat and juices, they also bring eggs from garden, and there is fresh seafood.

The restaurant is run by a wonderful family and a fantastic staff, are so nice and will make you feel welcome but also safe, if you are alone traveler. They can arrange if you need to rent something and trips.

This hotel is all special, the receptionist can do magic if you have special requests and will make you feel very welcome. The hotel rooms are awesome, sleep is fantastic, full air-condition, flat screen tv, cleaning every day and the Balconies are great, room view is mountains on the backside and sea view on frontside. I had room 204 fantastic view, when I open the door the room fills with the sounds from sea. fantastic.

Hotel have a little shop with quality accessories and everything you need for the beach. I can advise to drink Marius special on the beach. Bus stop to Heraklion is 5 min away, same with supermarket and they have bus tickets, on the same road there is small Greek shops and some with very nice jewelry.

I have had a fantastic stay and I will return, it was affordable luxury...

We spent six days in the hotel with my husband. Check-in and check-out went without a hitch; the staff was really nice! The room we booked (1st floor, sea view) was excellent, clean, roomy, and cozy. We have back problems, so the quality of the mattress is always critical, and theirs was perfect (squishy but still hard enough so we don't get up and are unable to walk).|Due to the hotel's facing North, the wind is quite strong, so the waves are a bit bigger around midday and early afternoon - an ideal time to go surfing. Also, the brutal heat is eased by the cool wind! :)|The beach was right in our mouths, so we could just go down in swimsuits and towels. We also left our phones and things like that on the beach a few times, because their own beach is very safe, and there is always at least one waiter around the beach.|The food was excellent, we got a surprise little ice cream after every main dish! ^^ They have a wide selection of several kinds of food, mostly Greek and other Mediterranean dishes. The breakfast is rich and tasty, we could always find something new to try. The servers paid attention to my lactose intolerance, they were helpful and fast.|It was really nice to lounge in a curtained box of sunbeds, order some snacks, and eat shrimp or tiramisu right there.|Special shoutout to the servers whose kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and made our stay extremely comfy. :)|I don't know what hotels get the 5th star for, but in my heart, they have 5...

The Hotel is directly located at the beach. Hotel beach area is kept very clean and has a lifeguard on duty. The rooms are very clean, spacious and the bed very comfortable. We vacationed for 14 days with breakfast included and enjoyed our visit very much. Breakfast selection is super, including eggs & pancakes to order. The hotel restaurant serves excellent authentic food, is open all day for lunch and dinner, and features a variety of meals with fresh salads, veggies, fish, greens, pasta and meat dishes. The deserts are exceptional. The staff are professional, provide excellent customer service, they are attentive, polite and made sure each of us enjoyed our vacation. We ordered food, snacks, and drinks which were delivered directly to us at the sunbeds on the beach. The entire atmosphere at the hotel is very inviting, and comfortable. The hotel is not a very large hotel for hundreds of vacationers which adds to an exceptional vacation. There is a supermarket near the hotel, about a 5-8 min. walk to purchase water and other goods. 4 stars location: The small town is very close, but busy. I would not say the town is an excellent shopping tour, but walking through the town, there are tourist shops, pharmacy, auto rental shops, and a few restaurants. The restaurants serve very tasty meals and are not over priced. In summary, the vacation was very relaxing, we had a wonderful time, and will be sure to vacation at Yianna...
