Peter's Sea and Sαnd Residence — Hotel in Municipality of Milos

Our stay at Peter’s Sea and Sand Residence was beyond perfect. You cannot get a better location the photos do not do this place justice, we were quite literally just steps from the water and basically had our own private beach just outside our door. The beach is beautiful, and always very quiet.

Giannis is the best host we have ever had, he was very welcoming he carried our bags upon arrival from the car to the house which was lovely and was very informative and helpful on recommendations of what todo and see in Milos. Giannis often checked in to see if we required anything and makes sure you have everything you need to have a perfect stay.

The house was perfect it was equipped with everything you may need for an amazing stay, swim equipment, snacks, eggs from the farm, drinks, coffee and other items that made our stay very comfortable. The house was also very clean, well kept, and equipped with items for self catering. The bed was also very comfortable and we had the best night sleep listening to the waves.

My partner and I got engaged during the time of the stay and Giannis made it extra special with the stay being decorated with balloons and a cake which was just amazing.

This was one of the most unique places we have ever stayed at. It is a one bedroom place that is built into the rock formation at the end of the beach. The beach itself is small and a bit secluded so that means it's not actually that busy. Although the water can be a quite wavy because it is on the north side of the island they have another little beach on the other side with more of an inlet that is calmer.

The place itself is probably best for 2 people. We had our young daughter with us as well and although it was enough space for us I could see how some people might want/need more. The actual space was very modern with everything that you need including a stove top to cook, refrigerator, and mini-toaster. The patio outside had 2 loungers that we took full advantage of. Even when it was windy it was nice to just lie and enjoy the view!

The best part about this place was the host, Giannis. He was so welcoming and when we arrived the refrigerator was stocked with bread and eggs, as well as drinks, coffee and snacks. Everyday he checked in to make sure that we were ok and even brought us some goodies.

Can't say enough good things about the place and the host! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend...

Unique holiday experience If you want privacy you have it in spades at Peter’s Sand and Sea Residence. It is a high end studio converted from an old greek boathouse. You are literally right on the water, the waves wash in below you. Most of the time you have Mytikas Beach to yourself. It’s mainly locals that come down for a swim after work. Excellent views are to be had to the east from the terrace. The residence itself is scrupulously clean, well equipped for self catering, has excellent sleep comfort from the king sized bed. Giannis and Anna are wonderful hosts and they took great care of us from home cooked Pitarakia to a mid stay full clean. Giannis also helps with the bags. The residence is located close to many of the major attractions but really nothing is too far in Milos if you have a car. You need a car. Parking is easy as there is plenty of it but most of the time we parked as close as we could at the other end of the beach which is 100m to the house. This is a true “away from it all” experience.
