The hotel is rather old and the amenities and furniture could use a renovation. However, every area of our room and of the hotel was immaculately clean. ||||Our second-floor room was very spacious, and there were sofas in our bedroom (see image below). The bathroom was fine. Not modern, but very functional. Our room had a balcony with a nice view to the beach in front of the hotel and to Elafonissos in the distance. ||||There were some instances during the night when very loud motorcycles and mopeds disturbed our sleep. It only happened two or three times, and after we shut the glass balcony door we could not hear them any more so we had a good quality of sleep. We stayed on a Saturday night, so it will be quieter during the week.||||The owner was a kind person, and he was helpful in pointing out a bakery and some choices for dinner in Neapoli.||||We stayed at the hotel for one night at the end of June. It was not very busy, and we did not hear any other guests.||||The room price was a great bargain compared to other hotels and B&B's in Neapoli. The value for money is excellent. Arsenakos is a great base for visiting the tip of the peninsula and Elafonissos. ||||I would recommend it without...
Read moreWe got to Neapolis after a long bus trip from Athens in the begining of July. We had decided to stop over for a night before going to Elefonissos and were pleasantly surprised when we were given a two bedroom suite on the second floor. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean, even had a kettle, and double tv sets. But what struck us most was the enormous balcony and the fantastic view of the beach right across the road. The owner Arsenios and his son John are very friendly and helpful and they speak perfect English. My ten year old grandson was very sorry we had to leave the next morning for he really enjoyed his stay. By the way there is also a good restaurant on the beach very near the hotel. I recommend this hotel and the nice little town of Neapolis and I want to...
Read moreWe stayed as a family in this hotel (2 adults+2 children) and it was wonderful. The room was clean and had a TV in each one (a plus if you have kids). The balcony was enough wide as to be able to eat a bit outside and the hotel provided everything we needed for a one night stay, like towels and soaps. It also had a mosquito repellent device, which made quite an impression to everyone, since none of the hotels we have visited since ever had one. The beach is just across the street and Neapoli is a beautiful village. ||Be aware, the hotel is just at the beginning of...
