If I am staying in Mykonos again, Anais Anais Hotel is the ONLY place I will be staying at. Such gorgeous interiors, chill laid back environment and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Some may be discouraged by the distance to the city but let me explain to you that staying at Anais Anais gives you a slice of authentic local Mykonos life with quite possibly the nicest, kindest, friendliest and most helpful couple managing this hotel. It is a walkable distance to the hotel and is close to the southern beaches as well, so its a mix of eveything. Ms Morietta and her husband, thank you so much for making this trip unbelievably amazing. Your recommendations, kindness and laughter made this an unforgettable experience.
The rooms are large and the bathrooms are spacious and modern. No issues with water heat and wifi was great throughout stay. The housekeeping was swift and tidy in their work. For people with a smaller budget looking for the authentic Mykonos experience and hospitality do make your way to Anais...
Read moreThese apartment get consistently good reviews and I can understand why. ||The rooms are clean but basic but have really good air con, a fridge and kitchen. ||The owners are super helpful and have great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. ||Location is good being halfway from the airport to Mykonos Town. Each one is a 15 min walk. We tended to walk in for dinner then get the bus back which costs a few euros only. ||As for Mykonos itself we came here to rendezvous with family and so the fact it had an airport was important. The island is expensive and overcrowded. We were here in July and not even the peak August holidays. The traffic is unbelievable I would say worse than London and you have to pay eye popping prices for a subbed. It’s a shame as the island is a victim of its own popularity. ||So if you come here Anais is a great place to stay. However I think there must be better islands to visit in Greece. If you like partying then perhaps this is the place for you but it...
Read moreI could not be more grateful for this place. We had a 1 day layover in Mykonos at the tail end of our long trip. We were exhausted, jet lagged, emotionally drained and still had several flights left to go. I booked Anais last minute and everything worked out beautifully. Marietta allowed us to check in early which was a massive help to us as we just needed to have a lay down and shower. She gave us so much helpful information as soon as we arrived about where to go and where to eat. It was conveniently located close to the main town to walk and for the way back, there were cheap buses that would drop us off right down the road when we showed them where we were staying. The whole place is just lovely, the room was fantastic, it was exactly the place we needed the most. Thank you Marietta for your...
