Kochyli Beach Studios — Hotel in Municipality of Nea Propontida

I was lucky enough to choose this location for our family of 4 members, in June. My criteria were: close to Tesalonic, private beach, breakfast included, quiet place. We've got more than I wanted. All the staff from Kochily studious and Taverna met our requests and made our stay as delightful as it could be. The daily breakfast consisted of a variety of international and traditional Greek food and we enjoyed well cooked dinners at Kochily taverna. The room also had all the facilities for cooking but we didn't find that necessary. If there were little things missing in the room, they would be very well compensated by more important aspects like the quality of a firm mattress, the air temperature of the room ( we stayed in a family sea view studio and it was shadow during entire day) and a big bonus for our little children, a stool for them to be able to...

Absolutely great place. Rooms are very nice, new, very clean with interesting details which make you feel like in home. That feeling will follow you through entire stay because of wonderfull staff and owners. We had large balcony with sea. Beach is 10 meters away, sunbeads and umbrellas are free for Kochyli guests. Breakfast is various and delicious, even though it is not buffet. As a guest you have 15% discount in restaurant for other meals on prices which are already very good. You also have a discount in beach bar. Food is magnificent, fish, meet, salads, you cannot make mistake. My family is a regular visitor at Greece and we had the worst Greek experience at Kochyli and it’s a pity - provided by the owners . We have booked using booking.com and instead of one family apartment we received two rooms at arrival. We explained that an error should have happened as we specifically booked a single apartment and the owners were not flexible to discuss, release the extra room or refund.
